Have had pies from many places and A Tavola can compete with anyone. Real wood fired pizzas, great appetizers and super atmosphere. Service was wonderful and the house Chianti is worth trying...found no flaws. Will go again and again and again...

I love a good martini and Erin can make the coldest and the best Martini in town! The pizza is the best we've had in Cincinnati and we enjoy the casual, fun atmosphere. This is one of our favorite places to go in Cincinnati!
My husband and I recently ate here on a Saturday night. They do not take reservations, so we put our name on the list and walked along Vine Street until they called us to let us know a table was ready. We ordered a bottle of the house Chianti, and we were impressed. The Wagyu Beef Meatballs (topped with goat...

I've even stopped by for a take-home pizza, when I've just finished dinner at another restaurant nearby.
Best pizza in town. Strong contender for best food in town. Great variety on the wine list. Imaginative, delicious appetizers and salads. And "real" wood fired pizzas, with excellent crust and superior toppings.
It's a busy spot, so get there early (no reservations)....

Has the arancini, the waygu meatballs and brushette. All were amazing. The service was great. The wine selection was very good as well.
There was a bit of a wait which is always a good sign and worth the wait. The pizza's are fired in their 1200° brick oven. The staff very knowledgable and friendly. I debated about trying the Fig, prosciutto and arugula pizza until I asked the waiter what his favorite was. He confirmed my choice. Yumm! Started out with dates...

I would put A Tavola on a short list of restaurants I would go to frequently if they would take reservations! The bacon and pea pizza is so good and the prices "right" for the quality of food that you get. Our server was super-nice too.
A group of friends and I dined there and were blown away. Not only was everything we tried on menu delicious (meatballs, Sweet Pea and Bacon pizza, and more) but the service was amazing! I can't wait to go back!
A Tavola does not take reservations. In my experience, you will wait for a table unless you want to dine early. The wait is not long, and well worth it. There are shops around, and they will text you when your table is available. What to eat? Well any Pizza is delish. The Meatballs are excellent. One of my favorite...

We were 10 people and called to make a reservation. They told us just to come, that it was fine with no reservation and for sure there was no possibilities to get a table when we get there. Incredibly bad courtesy... would never try to go again!
