This was my second time eating a Firehouse Sub sandwich. My husband had an Engineer, no complaints. I had a New York Steamer. The wheat bread was great, too bad there wasn't much meat to go with it. And who runs out of diet cherry coke on a Friday night? Ddisappointing, but I'll give a different location a try sometime.

The subs here are excellent! They have 8 & 12" and the medium soda is 32 ozs...they have a variety of hot sauces you can put on them if you'd like. My fav is the Philly and the Italian. The pastrami with brisket is delicious.

The chain was started by firemen. The sizes are either 8 or 12 inch subs which was a change from the usual 6 or 12 inch. I got the Italian sub & it was really good. You order & they make it up fresh which is nice considering some fast food places pre make things & keep them under a... More

So we wanted to grab something quick for lunch, but better than fast food. That is exactly what we got at the Firehouse Subs on Fields Ertel. It's close to my work so it made it easy to get in and out quickly, and the service was top notch, ensuring our order was 100% accurate and even delivering it to... More

Went with a few co-workers who had been there before. The subs are pretty good and a reasonable price. Firehouse atmosphere "owned by fireman" so certainly different than other places. I would go back instead of Subway or Quiznos.
