We went late and sat at the bar. Had the raw seafood platter and loved it. As always with Eddie's the service was great!

We always like Eddie's and this time was no exception. I did notice that the menu has changed a bit as well as the methods of preparation. The Beef Carpacio was a little on the thick side which changes the flavor and the French Onion soup seems like a smaller portion but still delicious. I like their Chopped Salad and... More

My husband had the salmon on a plank and it was beautifully served and he said it was excellent. I ordered the Beef Bourguignon. Again, artistically served. The sauce was fantastic. The garlic potatoes were perfect. The beef itself was not perfect and disappointing. The cubes of beef were each burnt on one side, enough to make them crunchy! You... More

We went to this restaurants with friends and it was wonderful. It is somewhat like the quality food-wise of a Morton's or Ruth Cris. We shared a ahi tuna appetizer and shrimp cocktail which was served with dry ice in the bottom and so it was "steaming", I had a delicious filet mignon and the rest had fish dishes- everyone... More

The food was the best. We had a the special filet offered for that evening and it was great. The tomato and mozerella salad was as fresh as if it were served at a summer dinner. The friendly server seemed to always be at hand. Perfect restaurant for a special evening. One of our favorites in the city.

I went here for dinner with my in laws and son and had a really nice steak, much better than I expected! Good service although the waiter wasn't really clued up on the wine list, however we chose a good and reasonably priced Malbec.

Steak choices were plentiful. I had a "small" rib eye (14 oz) together with salad. The meat was cooked to medium and was quite delicious. Service was excellent. Two improvements - (1) The lounge chair were uncomfortable for dinner. You sink into it. Maybe it is time to change the lounge chair. (2) Seating right in front of the fireplace... More

Eddie Merlot's has excellent food and some of the most skilled and personable servers in town. We have eaten there several times and the food has been consistently delicious, generous and attractive. The servers aim to please and do so with a smile. The red velvet cupcake is a stand-alone favorite, you can just go for that if for nothing... More

Celebrated a family member's birthday here recently. First, the service was excellent; we even received a thank you note from our server a few days later. At one time, this place had an upscale feel to it moreso than the other high end steak joints in town, but no more. Every time we come here - and it's not often,... More
