Best bakery in Walla Walla

In addition to having wonderful, fresh bread, they have soups, pastries and treats. Wonderful for breakfast or lunch.

I was SO disappointed after eating here! I ordered the hot ham and cheese sandwich and it came with some awful sweet cream stuff slopped on top, a pathetic "salad" that only had 2 pcs of romaine lettuce and vinegar soaked cucumbers...yuck no thank you! Plus the price I paid for it was ridiculously high for what I was given!... More

Ate here on a Monday, was surprised that most of their space is devoted to the baking, no seating. Very few tables. My panini was good enough to go back, and the pastries would be a magnet if I lived here. Good stuff everywhere, just not many tables

We stopped in for our first lunch experience about ten days ago. The sandwiches were very good, on certainly excellent bread. My sandwich was offered on a baguette, but I love ciabatta and requested a substitution, which I was cheerfully granted. The ciabatta was softer in texture than what I was accustomed to, but served well on the sandwich. The... More

Good food but over priced. My 1/2 of a sandwich was around $8, which was only $2 less than a whole sandwich! It was served with 2 wedges of orange and that was all. In my opinion it was not much food for the money. We did go back here to just buy a loaf of bread. The bread was... More

This bakery is superb!!!! I had the chicken sandwich with pesto goat cheese sun dried tomatoes absolutely delicious. The small shop reminds me of living back in Napa Valley with the gourmet chefs

We lucked into the very last French baguette of the weekend (closed Sunday) and got a variety of desserts. The homemade Oreo was great, the cherry macaroon was tasty but a bit gummy, fruit tart was good but I like sweeter cream, and the rum bun was sticky sweet goodness. The bread met expectations for our picnic the next day.

the bread they make is literally worth placing mail orders for it--cant get enough of it; their casual sandwiches etc are, therefore , also really good.. and the surprise is, if you want /need a catered dinner, which several of the upscale inns either require or have as an option, chef Michael and his staff are on time, prepare an... My daughter and I were here for a music festival and stopped in. I just got something to drink but my daughter got a chocolate croissant. They looked great in the display case but the one she got was burnt. She couldn't even finish it. The people at the counter came across mildly irritated that we, or anybody, were there.... More

Limited menu however everything is made on premises and is yummy. Great daily soup, artisan breads, savory and sweet pastries. Friendly service from hard-working team.
