This place came highly recommended by friends we were visiting in Vicksburg. Since we are "Northerners", they wanted us to experience true Southern food. The place is tiny, and very casual. Like stopping at someone's house for a cookout and eating in their garage. It is a cafeteria style meal. For one price, $10 for lunch, you choose a meat... More

Home cooking presented in plain country surroundings. Generous servings with one price for a complete meal including beverage & dessert. Served semi-cafeteria and self-serve style.

I hate begrudging a woman trying to make a living, but this food, even though you get a lot, was only so-so. Strange combination of vegetables to choose from, no potatoes, mostly beans, salad not fresh, and the food was cold. Folks were nice enough.

This is your usual Hole-N-The-Wall restaurant that you always want to eat at. This is all home cooking that is excellent. You get a meat, veggies, bread, drink, and a dessert for $8. Trust me, it is ALL YOU CAN EAT!!
