Went in for a birthday cake and it was not my first time. I alway get strewberries short cake or chocolate cake. My absolute favorite bakery. Not overly sweet and just right. The chocolate mousse slice of cake was to die for. I shared the slice and then wanted to go back and get another. A little tricky to find but we managed.

Very precise baking techniques and very polished presentations. Following Japanese tastes the products are not awash in sugar and frosting. I wish they would open a boulangerie.
