I've been going to Iyasume Musubi for years, and was surprised when I stopped by their old location to find they had moved! I nearly had a heart attack thinking they were gone... but thankfully they were just a few blocks away... now located on the bottom floor of a hotel on Kuhio Ave. Phrew. The location may be new,... I LOVE SPAM so I insisted on visiting Iyasume for some spam musubi. The spam, egg and cucumber musubi did not disappoint! The saltiness of the spam and the sweetness of the egg & cucumber really compliment each other. We also tried 3 different onigiri...they were good but not as unique as the variety of musubi. I wish they had... More

We love musubi and this place was a gem! The musubi was so friggin' good and so friggin' affordable! Most pieces are under $2. We stopped by a couple times. Once, we came in and got 6 pieces to go with our wine as we sat on the beach & watched the sunset. Perfect! The other was right before we... More

they run out of food too early! otherwise the food is yummy, but you have to wait a while to get it (made fresh) perhaps they would get 5 stars if they had more food and staff.

I was returning to my hotel after walking back from Diamond Head and decided to find this little shop since it was on my way back to the Sheraton Waikiki. This place is TINY! There's probably one little table with a chair if for some reason you decided you had to eat there. I wasn't prepared to order and it's... More

This little cafe was right behind my hotel, and I was directed to it by hotel staff. I was only in Honolulu for a couple of nights, but I stopped by this place 3 times because the musubi was so awesome! I'd grab a few and take them to the beach to eat by the water. Perfect for breakfast, snacks,... More

This cafe has a high rating in both Yelp and tripadvisor. After we arrived in Honolulu, this is the first restaurant of our own food expedition. Price: inexpensive. Should be great for surfers and teenagers because they are also filling. Service: the cafe targets to-go customers. Still we sat comfortably inside Food quality: we are not fan of musubi (spam),... Simple food but yet awesome, I had the spicy salmon and salmon roe. Which tasted great, price was really on the low side. Excellent superior service

When you're dishing out $5 for a gallon of water, $6 for a bag of chips or $ 4 for a roll of toilet paper ,this place will give your wallet a much needed break while on vacation in Waikiki. Grab a bento and musubi , walk a few steps to the beach and enjoy what will probably be one... More

I chanced upon this spot walking around Waikiki beach. What a gem! The salmon don with ikura is delicious. Their musubi's are a real treat. Try the ume spam musubi and the spicy roe musubi. Definitely a must visit!!! Yummmmmy!
