I was after a quick snack and in the area so grabbed a spam musubi. Weirdly pretty great- slightly warm rice and salty marinated grilled spam. A weird snack Hawaii, but I get it and I kind of like it!

The first time we went the musubi was great, and we enjoyed the spaghetti. BUT, the second time we went, we got their fried chicken which was soggy and not fresh. Also the second time the musubi was mediocre at best. So, not sure if the main cooking guy was on holiday that day?

Great musubi here, definitely a lot better than the stuff you get at the ABC store as it is nice and fresh. The kimchi udon is great. We always come and grab musubi as a quick breakkie or come at night to grab a few for breakfast the next morning if we had an early start. We also come for... More

My wife and I went here after reading the reviews. I had never had masube but it is just like a sushi hand roll you get everywhere in Melbourne. Tasty and healthy, and cheap (around $2 each). Excellent value, especially in Waikiki

We tried this place since it was right behind our hotel, the Hyatt regency, and came up on TA. First time trying musubi and it was great! The musubi and rice balls were both a good treat for a snack; a few of each would be a meal. We really enjoyed the simple and cheap musubi!

I went there twice! There is ling line but it worth it to me. Just like their name "iyasume", I needed some break from American food. Rice is great, stuffing is great too. When we went to beach, state park, we wanted some picnic food. I was surprised how spam could be so good!!! My husband thought its gross but... More

Every time I am in Waikiki this is my go to place before heading to the beach. The musubi are freshly made to order at prices that can't be beat for the quality. Spam-natics will rejoice in the Spam options, but I'm old school plum and seaweed-salmon when I come here. The fried chicken is also great, and they make... More

Each musubi is pretty large. I'd say you need to eat 3-5 per person depending on how much you eat. Each musubi cost $2-$2.50. They taste great. It's really convenient that it's in the heart of Waikiki. If you're going on a day trip out to like Hanauma Bay or North Shore and don't know if you'll be able to... More

Every time I stay in Waikiki, I have to have the bacon, egg & spam masubi. Ok, I have a few of them. It is that good. Also tried the other bento plates and is just as good also. I highly recommend this place if you need food to take sightseeing or just to the beach.

Went here after googling "best musubi Waikiki" and came across iyasume. Reviews don't lie. Fresh tasty musubi. My favourites were spam and egg musubi and original spam musubi. Tried the spicy roe musubi too but didn't like it as much. Overall affordable and a great place for a quick bite! We took our musubis up to diamond head and ate... More
