The restaurant is clean and modern. Located at the Diamond Head (East) end of the Ward Complex, they do have their own garage so you avoid the sometimes difficult parking at Ward. Achilles and I are so ready to have our tea time, favorite French fries and laksa at Panya. Best fries & thai steak salad. Adults, kids and friends love this place!! OMG. Get the oxtail stew. It will be by far the most expensive thing on the menu, but still only in the teens--and sooo worth it. Rich and flavorful, and delightfully "collagen-y" in texture, it is positively addictive!
