We have eaten here many times, each time we come to Honolulu we eat here. Even though you have to wait, (they said 30 minutes) but the most we have waited is 18, the quality of the food is so good that we were very happy we waited. Once you are inside they don't take that long to serve you,... More

The waffles are excellent, thus the four star review. Eggs dishes are meh and the potatoes are just okay. We had breakfast here several times and thought they were almost good enough to keep trying, everything we opted for was almost there except the breakfast entree with salsa and sour cream that was disappointing and favor less. Oh well, it's... More

Found this nice cafe off the main beach area while driving around Honolulu / Wikiki. Awesome food. Breakfast served ALL DAY! Service was great too. Nile our waiter was great, as well. Did I say Awesome food? Highly recommend it.

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday this past weekend and went on a restaurant spree. I designed a "staycation" in which we ate at different restaurants for both lunch and dinner. We "visited" three regions: Asia on Saturday, Europe on Sunday, and Hawaii (home) on Monday. I created a little travelogue for her so that she could take... More

We've been visiting Honolulu for the last 20 years and have hardly ever needed to go out for breakfast as we cook our own. This time we were staying with friends and didn't want to impose on them so we started looking and found two great places. Cafe Kalia had good reviews and we were thankfully there when there were... I love the food here, never be disappointed so far. but I can't be on line before opening for beating line otherwise I have to make line and I almost give up to wait as I see the line from parking lot. I love french toast with berries. how those all tourists people come over here without renting a car... More

I like the vege Breakfast wrap (cost $10) I ordered at this cafe. I finished the whole breakfast wrap myself. There is no restroom at this cafe, which you have to walk in the plaza with code for restroom access. I like the vege breakfast wrap a lot and I am thinking to go back whenever I crave for vege... This is the place to drop by after your morning trek at Diamond Head nearby. The place is cosy so prepare to wait in line during peak periods. The nice thing is that they will serve you bite size waffles while you are waiting for your table which is a nice touch! Everything is good but I would recommend the... More

We arrived at 6:55am and the doors opened at 7:10am. We were seated right away and ordered our food. I ordered the French toast with strawberries, and my bf ordered the belgian waffle. I loved loved loved the French toast. It was so good...soft, tasty, and fulfilling. The strawberries were a nice touch, adding a somewhat tart flavor to a... More

This little cafe is off the main drag in Waikiki and is filled with locals. It's in a strip mall, but what it lacks in ambience it makes up for in flavor. The portions are fairly large and everything is really fresh and tasty. This little cafe has a first come, first served system and a load of popularity which... More
