Comfort food menu for new dinner service

April 09 The best thing about Market City Shopping Center is Cafe Kaila. There is usually a crowd in front waiting for their name to be called from the sign-up list. The food is consistently delicious, service is snappy, and the prices are fair. The coffee is wonderful. Just recently Cafe... read more

Kaila sure is a busy small Cafe and there is often a line of Customers waiting to be seated. This place is very popular with Japanese Tourist and Hawaii residents. It is somehow of a phenomenon because neither Food, Service nor Ambiance is in anyway special. Perhaps it is because it is one of few places in the area that... More

Delicious food that makes you want to return. The pictures are exactly how the food is presented. I had the special (corned beef Benedict) and loved it! Will return!

When we got to the cafe there was a waiting list, so we almost changed our mind and wanted to go to the nearby cafe, but then decided to wait. OMG! It was so worth it! Food was just amazing! I got a French Toast with strawberries and apples and Portuguese Sausage on the side. Absolutely yummy! Since they are... More

Place is small and is always packed. Definitely worth the wait as the food and service was awesome. Went in for breakfast and considering going back for dinner. Price is cheap.

There were so many people in line we had to wait for a table, but our party of 8 was seated quicker than expected. The breakfast was worth the wait! They weted our appetite by bringing free samples of their waffles to those of us in line, My omelet was great. Others in our party got waffles and they were... More

climbed DH for the sunrise and afterwards went looking for breakfast and found Cafe Kaila. We got seated right away, order take quickly, and served within 20 minutes. Banana Pudding French Toast with ice cream was amazing, and the eggs Benedict with regular bacon was brilliant (according to the server who brought out our meals) and it was brilliant! Next... More

You have to try the Belgium Waffle with lots of fresh fruits on top. You will need to queue if you get here later then 8am. All the reviews are positive, need I say more? We took the no.13 bus from Wakiki. It stops right beside the market place shopping centre, you just need to walk to the other side... More

My husband and I went here on Sunday morning for breakfast. Our first visit. The place was busy but we got a table. I had the Belgium waffle with fresh blueberries and whipped cream and my husband had the traditional eggs benedict. Good coffee too. We were most pleased with breakfast and the service was friendly with good follow-up on... More
