Great Dinner

Took my Daughter to Dinner on Sunday 31st May and had an amazing time, we were seated outside watching people go by and then ordered Wine and Dinner, starter was a spring roll which was superb so we shared that then main for my Daughter was Fillet Mignon and I had the Duck Breast. This is a kid friendly restaurant with Asian hawaiian fusion food that's higher end. They had extra snacks they brought out for the kids to keep them happy while we waited for food! Great friendly wait staff. Everything we ate was excellent!

My wife and I eat at Roy's Restaurant every time that we come to Waikiki. The food is always consistently outstanding. My favorite is their seared Ahi Tuna. They are very expensive, so we limit ourselves to one visit per trip. Hint: You can show up without reservations if you eat at the outside bar - but show up early... More

Roy's Waikiki Beach is at the Embassy Suites in an area known as the Waikiki Beach Walk". It is considered a high end chain serving notable chef Roy Yamaguchi's, "Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine",; which blends fresh local ingredients with European sauces and bold Asian spices, always with a focus on seafood. Roy's offers a tantalizing range of appetizers, entrées, fresh Hawaiian... More

On our last night on the island, my wife and I wanted to eat at a nicer restaurant to finish off our vacation. we were told by our hotel concierge to try Roy's, and I'm so glad we did. It is a bit pricey but totally worth it, the waiter was very helpful and suggested we try the "Roy's Classic... More

The food was very delicious but it was also very expensive. The servers were very attentive, so attentive to the point where all of us girls went to the ladies room and places our napkins down and one of the bus boys apparently came to our table and folded our napkins and placed it on the table. My family lol'ed... More

Last minute decision to head to Roy's after a long day of touring. We sat at the bar which offered quick service with the same lovely outdoor ambience. Two of us shared the Big Eye Ahi Poke-tini which was tuna served in a large martini glass over rice flavored with sesame oil and other spices - mild but nice. The tuna... More

I have visited this location a number of times, always stop when coming to Oahu. The food is very good but I sense that Roy's does not look to go out of the menu box too much. The menu is pretty much the same, year after year, and while good, many times I like to go to a restaurant and... More

While the BBQ spare-ribs were tasty, the rest of the food I have experienced in multiple visits here have been bland and overpriced. The service is spotty at best and the best thing I can say about this restaurant is it has a good location next to the Trump Hotel. The poke here was average at best but very overpriced.... More

I had a birthday dinner here and it was great! Food and wine were perfect. Ambience is somewhat noisy, but on par fro the location. Recommend you order the butterfish, which was delicious.
