Most Excellent Pupu's on the Island of Oahu. We tried the Pupu's marked on the menu as Favorite...the ingredients were fresh and the taste Delicious. You won't be disappointed.

The outside is not so great but the staff is really nice and the food was delicious. Recommended to my family as a good local spot by Mike at the Sheraton and he was spot on, it was hip and really good homie Hawaiian food.

Ordered the shrimp dynamite, boca rota, crab cakes, garlic steak, fish tacos, and snow crab legs. Our favorites were the shrimp dynamite and the boca rota. Flavorful and we're glad we managed to dine here at least once before we leave. Service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for the food. Will come back here again when... More

Food was pretty good. However, it was just as expensive as eating on Waikiki and this was off the main drag. I think we were the only Americans in the place as everyone else was Japanese (not sure why that is relevant but factual). Expect about $25 for decent food that you'd pay $15 on the mainland.

We were a walk-in at about 5:30 PM on a weeknight. We were seated immediately, and food came very fast. We had ordered starters because our kids were super-hungry and melting down, but all the food came at once, so the starters weren't necessary. In fact, portions were so big, we couldn't finish everything. Food was delicious, atmosphere was very... More

We ate here late June 2014 and I have to say... what a fantastic experience! The vibe was great, the staff were upbeat and friendly, and the food was fresh, full of flavour and generous portion sizes. We didn't have a reservation so initially sat at the bar and ordered a few starters. We had the seafood ceviche which was... More

The dynamite shrimp, spicy tuna, and the scallop pupus were great! My husband also ordered the chicken Alfredo, but said that when we come back that he would stick to the pupus. The atmosphere is nice and looks like it would be a fun place later in the night.

A little out of the way but worth the trip. Not your usual Honolulu restaurant but one that the locals go to. Always busy and great food.

Two of us on a Monday night with a reservation. Warmly greeted into a high energy dining room and bar. Simple but moody modern decor inside; this is not what you expect from looking at the outside. Good music and arguably over-the-top light-up menus put a smile on our faces and immediately got us excited about dinner. Server was friendly... More

Big selection on menu and everything sounded delicious. A little disappointed to find a lot of what we ordered was covered in grilled cheese, kind of ruined fresh seafood. Amazing value for money though and really enjoyed the crab cakes (no cheese in sight). Even though people seem to rave about the Boca Rota, it was probably the least favourite... More
