Great food!

A wonderful breakfast spot. You have to hunt for this place. Creative décor and yummy local food, huge portions of omelets and French toast with healthy sides of kale, etc. Great coffee.

The Kalua pig eggs benedict was one of my favorite dishes in Hawaii. Super tender pork served over taro muffins. A perfect start to the day. My biggest regret is that it was right next door to my hotel and I only ate here once.

We are always looking for local places that are small and have a down home vibe versus going to a chain that we could find anywhere on the planet. This place not only had a wonderful local feeling but the staff were very friendly and the food was out of this world. As I said, it was so good, we... More

Good service. Quick turnover so don't be afraid to wait. Had breakfast twice. Once shared Hawaiian French toast (bananas, mangos and pineapple) along with eggs Benedict on Taro bread. Then had to come back because the people we sat next to were raving about the chocolate Macadamia nut French bread which we had with an omelette. Everything was delicious and I... More

Wow. Excellent tasting brunch that felt healthy! Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and lilikoi hollandaise sauce. Came with purple sweet potatoes and a kale salad. Kale could have used a little cooking - a little to raw for my taste. Choice of wheat or taro English muffin. May seem slightly pricey (compared to disgusting IHOP) but I prefer quality over... We ate breakfast here in a non-descript restaurant on a little second open air floor. My husband had an Acai bowl, which he liked very much, and I had a veggie egg-white omelet with veggies and a taro english muffin. It was all great, and the taro muffin was, too. One of our very favorite Hinilulu restaurants.

We stayed nearby at the Modern Honolulu and were looking for a great local breakfast spot. After tons of less than stellar reviews of other local places, we came across raving reviews of the Goofy cafe and decided to try it out. This is a tiny, second story, hole in the wall, and completely authentic. We both had omelets that... More

I visited this cafe with my daughter after reading its great reviews but was extremely disappointed after my dining experience. It seems, as two female customers, we were easy targets for the antagonism of one of the male waiters. Upon arrival he snapped at us, ordering us to 'sign in' despite being the only customers outside at the time. As... More

My wife and I went for dinner. A short walk from the Hilton. The restaurant is on the second floor and parking might be a challenge if you are driving. I tried the Loco Moco and my wife had the Cobb salad. The salad was very good; fresh and a decent size. The Loco Moco is a combination of ground... More

In January 2015 I was lucky enough to return to Waikiki Beach for a second time. Goofy's is so good and tasty I just had to return. The food is still fantastic. The French toast with fruit is amazing! I also had Kona iced coffee...whee....that's an amazing wake up drink! Goofy's is an open air small place located on the... More
