We wanted to watch the sunset while having a nice meal on our last night in Oahu. We had planned on going to Duke's, but when we arrived we saw the menu for Hula Grill, which is just upstairs from Duke's and decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised and happy we chose Hula Grill over Duke's.... more

We ate at Hula Grill fro breakfast and it was very good. We had a nice view of the ocean and the service was good, but a bit slow. The food was very tasty and the coffee was very good. Moderate prices. Good place for a good breakfast with a lovely view. more

We pretty much did most restaurants in Waikiki but we kept coming back to the Hula for breakky. The staff are friendly and if there is a wait, the line moves quickly and it is worth it. I like eggs and they were done anyway you wanted plus there is a great variety of omelets too choose from. Great views,... more

We stopped at the Outrigger to eat at Duke's. But when we got there around 7pm on a Sunday night, the place was packed. Not a single seat was open in the bar. So, we left Duke's and found the Hula Grill. Just up a flight of stairs from Duke's. We were trying to keep our food expenses down, so... more

Aloha, Hula Grill is above Duke's, much more relaxing restaurant experience and more personal service. Before 6pm there is $25 three course menu, which is perfect amount of food not to leave feeling over stuffed (unless you are big eaters, then you'll still be hungry). We enjoyed the wonderful views of Waikiki Beach with lovely tradewinds, excellent service and all... more

With a great view of the beach, we enjoyed dinner here our first evening in Honolulu. We made reservations via OpenTable (on the restaurant website) and were seated shortly after arriving at 5:45pm. We had an incredible view of the sunset and other sights near the beach. Our food was excellent (about $20 per plate for fish and pasta plates)... more

we went to eggs and things and waited forever to realize this place down the block was so much better with a fantastic beach view and no waits. Just the view, having breakfast overlooking the ocean is worth it. more

Pretty much anything on the menu for breakfast is awesome. Make sure they bring you coconut syrup for the pancakes. Yum! Their Lanai boast a killer view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. It's just a perfect place to start your day in Paradise. more
