This place has been around a long time and has quite a loyal following. Our sports bar closed down and a few friends highly recommend we try Henry Loui's for their breakfast buffet. We gave it a try and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was homey and the staff was very cordial. The breakfast buffet was simple but the quality... More

I ate here on Mothers Day brunch. The snow crab was huge n sweet. I have eaten crab legs at every buffet in Hawaii but never had crab legs that big n sweet before. The prime rib was a bit over cooked on the medium side which made it dry and a bit tough. The other items on the buffet,... More

I was told it was really good and excellent ribs. I ordered the mahi rib combo. The ribs were not fall off the bone as described to me. They tasted like they had sat most of the day and reheated with some sauce. The mixed vegetables were only warm as well as the red potatoes. Don't get me wrong, the... More

Not the fancy type, but comfortable and homey. Food is good. Be sure to ask for salad dressing (bleu cheese is the best!) on the side. Otherwise you might get too much. Also ask for more sauce when you order the "best suckin' ribs in Hawaii". Nice place to just sit and talk and enjoy friends.

This is a small restaurant in an out of the way area but well worth visiting for a relaxing evening dinner with a local atmosphere. Great food, good service.

I purchased (2) high school fundraiser tickets at $11.00 each to get Henry Loui's 1/2 rack ribs. I misplaced the tickets, it expired. 68 days after expiration, I tried to redeem the tickets with no luck from owner, owner refused to honor the expired tickets. Someone got paid and I lost out.

I ate here about a week ago. I heard great things about their ribs so I ordered the half rack baby backs. Delicious and a huge platter. I was going to take some home but couldn't help but finish them all off. The place was like a dark local sports bar but family friendly and very laid back. They even... More

I have eaten here about six or seven times; often with the better half, sometimes at lunch alone. Last evening, I stopped in because it is right around the corner from my office at Fort Shafter and the service is usually quick and friendly. As usual, the service was great, the food fantastic and the noise level deafening. All the... More

This is a local joint. Buried in an industrial park. Friends brought us here. Truly an old style casual restaurant. Dim, lots of wood, karaoke at the bar. We did not have reservations but they were able to seat us. The service was OK but the food might have been good hot, as it was served lukewarm it was not... More
