Great Comfort Food...

Went for dinner our last night in Hawaii. Saw it on TV saying the best Irish Pup in Honolulu. It was very good. The pot roast was so tender and amazing. Everyone love what they ordered. The Rib, Chicken, we loved everything...

"Everybody loves the Irish" is a truism that must have come about because of Irish bars like Murphy's. You'll get the warm Irish welcome once you step inside this little slice of the old world floating on an island on the other side of the world from the land of fairies and pitch black beer. But this is not just... More

We were there in Jan/2015, with 2 other couples. got there around 6pm. The place was almost empty. I had the Guinness beer. Chad our waiter was super. His service was supper. By 7pm, the place was packed, and Chad still had time to replenish our drinks and food. the Shepard's pie is great!! At least I thought so. We... More

My husband used to visit Murphy's every weekend when he was stationed in Hawai'i, so we HAD to go. The food was traditional Irish and I enjoyed the Shepherd's Pie. The Guinness is just perfect and they serve it correctly in the bar with the Shamrock on the top :) Wonderful atmosphere and the decor looks straight from Ireland. They... More

My two favorite all time food is Burgers and they offer properly poured Guinness :) I'm really the happiest person with these two things and they're done impeccably well at Murphy's. Not to mention the option of eating Hawaii's best Corned beef and Cabbage. I also highly recommend their wings (honestly it's one of the best I EVER had), Bread... More

We only went to Murphy's for drinks. We did not try the food. The beers were fresh and service was excellent. I love the bar area. It is as close as you can get to an East Coast pub in Honolulu. They also have a shuffleboard which was fun.

Hands down the best corn beef and cabbage I have ever had! Thanks to Audrey our server who recommended it and was charming. Fantastic food! Hubby and I shared a delicious crisp house salad to start with which contained pea pods, peas, raw broccoli, lettuce, carrots, cucumbers and toms. Fresh, crispy and delicious! I had the corn beef and cabbage... More

Went on Friday and they were empty, and claimed to be out of several items on the menu.. Ya gotta be kidding me Friday lunch at 1:00 and only the wait staff were sitting eating, and it was out of Tupperware, obliviously from home.. Our first clue, but it did not sink in. I had the Shepherds pie, Lamb was... More

I was volunteering at the Sony Open and Don Murphy, owner of Murphy's Bar & Grill was giving away complimentary corn been and cabbage sliders. I'm not a big fan or corn been but I tried one and it was like butter melting in your mouth. It was almost a shame to chew it because I was sure it would... More
