The food was pretty good and authentic. The issue is service. The wait help and owner are very friendly but for some reason the food doesn't arrive in a timely fashion. One person gets their food and the other one waits for ½ hr. Food is good tho. I would go again.

Toritos in the Market City Shopping Center is a great place to grab a bite of good Mexican food. Family run, the staff is super busy but always friendly and makes great dining suggestions! Dinner is busy as a local eatery. Reasonable good food clean great staff!

Went here for lunch the other day, luckily a clean table was open and we sat down right away. It was downhill from then. Waited for menus... Chips and salsa was delivered and they took our drink order. They finally brought some water and informed us they were out of Patron... Agreed to house brand. Soon after our food was... More

OK! We had heard that their Mexican food was good. Nope. It was not good at all. They do have a happy hour. Ate the shredded beef quesadilla, chili fries, and a chimichanga. Starting with chips and salsa--chips were bordering on stale; the Pico de gallo was watery. The chili fries was barely OK. The Chimichanga was awful, not crispy... More

The food I got (flautas) were very good. Drinks are EXTREMELY expensive here. Its a very small place so probably a wait, especially for a large party. We were actually ask to move tables so they could use our four top (there were two of us) for a larger party. (it was seat yourself). Short on staff so it took... More

We've had the burritos, crab and shrimp enchiladas, flautas. They were pretty good. Their salsa doesn't seem freshly made, little salty and tomatoes look like it could be from a can. Chips are nice and fresh, sadly they don't give any with take out, only with dining in. The rice is good but I don't care for their refried beans,... More

We've been patrons of this restaurant for a few years and the quality and service has been going downhill. we go because it is on our way home from work. The food is just OK. Nothing to write home about. But the service has sunk to a new low. The servers make you feel like you are in a mess... More

This is a great place to have a good lunch for under $10. I had the chimichanga lunch special in the restaurant. It felt like I was in a typical Mexican family restaurant just North of the border in Southern California.

It's hard to find good mexican food here in Hawaii. This restaurant was recommended to us and it was pretty good. Coming from California it is hard to find decent mexican food. It was a little pricey but then what isnt here on Oahu. If I didnt feel like cooking it myself I would go back.

We're not really known for having lots of Mexican restaurants in Honolulu but this one is a gem. Located in Market City Shopping Plaza at the corner of Kapiolani and Harding Ave near the Market City Foodland Grocery Store. It is run by an El Salvadoran family and has very good food and cute decor. I must advise that the... More
