Best kept secret!

Not many people in Oahu know about this place. The meat they fly in from Japan is amazing--especially the wagyu. It just melts in your mouth. As others have said, it is expensive but worth every penny. We also get the Platinum course for all of us at dinner. Went for my birthday and they sang... read more

Delicious meal & outstanding service. Each table has a small grill in the middle. The meats are brought raw to the table you grill them yourself, but the cuts are very thin, so it only takes a couple of seconds to cook. The staff gave us great suggestions on how to cook the meats and cooked the shrimp for us.... More

My husband and I were in Waikiki on our honeymoon and were recommended to try this restaurant by the owner of another restaurant for something a little more unusual. The food was delicious! Beef tongue and thinly sliced prime rib were awesome! So was the garlic prawns, cold noodles, steak tartar and green tea ice cream! The service was kind,... More

This placing is amazing! It's a little hidden gem in the heart of Waikiki. Incredible meats and sides! Best of all you get to prepare it yourself on the built in grill. Can get a little pricey, especially when getting the Wagyu, but it's worth the price for the experience and the amazing flavors.

Great stuff from a restaurant that makes you cook your own food. Kobe beef and beef tongue (yes tongue) are must-haves. Carnivores like me and my family were not disappointed on the two occasions we've dined here, until the check shows up... but the slogan "quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten" rings true here.

I don't know why I love this place as much as I do, but it pretty much boils down to great meals with great friends. The food is outstanding, service impeccable, and you're always dining with friends which is the usual formula for an amazing dinner in Honolulu.

Stopped in my first night--it's in an alley-- is small, but cute. Immediately greeted and welcomed. I wanted an order to go which was no problem--food was delicious--and I will definitely go back!!

Perhaps not the best place for ambiance however a great place to enjoy an assortment of very good quality beef. The A4 Japanese Wagyu was memorable (only two orders per day) however the skirt steak was just as fantastic. The side kimchee/radish was one of the best I've tasted. Note that the portions are small and pricey but worth it.

Really delicious meats! A little pricey but you pay for what you get and you get really good stuff here!! It is not for the vegetarian.
