Great scenery with lunch

Sports bar with great food and wonderful view in Hawaii Kai. Good burgers and chicken sandwiches. Does not look like much on the outside but don't be fooled. You'll have a great meal!

Good typical burgers and bar food, better calamari, Ok salads, great beer selection...This is a good place to get dinner with a brew and hang out with your buds after surfing. Good pace to meet local flora and fauna.

Just found this place not much to look at from the outside but lucky it didn't judge the place on that as you walk in looks like a old 80's style american pub awesome. Go outside and sit along the water absolutely beautiful. Place is full of locals so really good to ask them questions about the area. The menu... More

This casual spot is a great place to grab a beer and a burger (or any sandwich, salad, or fish). The atmosphere is great and it was especially nice to sit outside. It was busy when we were there so the service was very slow but that didn't stop us from having a great experience.

I visited this past weekend - it's football season..Same sentiments from other reviewers -- sticky tables, draft beer is suspect, go for bottles, smell of beer. Staff do a great job with what they have....Same dirty smelly bathrooms with holes in the walls.... I wish they would invest some money in this place because it has only gone downhill over... More

The white linen table cloths, the fine crystal stemware, gentle ocean breezes. I highly recommend the filet mignon with Maine lobster tail accompanied by truffled mashed potatoes and buttered heri coverts. Who the f@$k am I kidding...this is the Shack. It's a dive bar. The drinks are cheap, the food is fried and there is always a good mix of... More

For a burger joint, it's not that great. The tables are sticky and burgers are only mediocre... I'd rather go to Burger King. Nice view though.

The only thing special about this place, is sitting in the back by the boat dock. The menu is tired, and they were out of several items on the menu. The service is very slow, but friendly. The food is just ok. We live in the area, and only go there because there isn't that many choices in Hawaii Kai.... More

nothing to see here, cheap drinks and local people kinda divey. We were taken here by some locals after hanging out at another place. Crowd was not the greatest but I have to say our waitress was awesome and we kept commenting to each other how out of place she was with her surroundings. Someone needs to snap her up... More

This is a casual sports bar. It's right on the marina so there are views and tables on the water. The food is OK. Fresh fish, BBQ ribs, chicken sandwiches, pastrami Rueben. Their Philly cheesesteak is made with grilled ribeye and is very popular. But they started as a burger joint and that's what most people get. The food is... More
