Ate at the sister restaurant, The Pineapple Room at Macy's at Ala Moana Mall. Had the Ruben with Kimchi. Delightful combination.

They do valet parking in front for $5, which saved us the trouble of parking ourselves, trying to find a spot. The waiter who served us was very helpful and attentive, and listened to our dietary needs & restrictions. My husband ordered the red snapper, which he said was quite good. I ordered the opakapaka on hearing the great reviews,... More

If you like Coconut, certainly do not forget to order "The Coconut" for dessert! It's one of the best desserts I've had! A must in Honolulu!!!!

our second visit here, this place is very good, the staff are super organized and friendly, the food comes quickly, maybe too quickly, you may want to order one course at a time. The salad appetizer with duck pastrami was outstanding, fresh, just perfect. Portions are definitely on the large size for entrees. The short ribs were perfectly done in... More

The outside of the restaurant is nothing like the inside. Once inside the restaurant, it is beautifully and tastefully decorated with an island flavor. The restaurant had a serene mountain view where you can watch the clouds change at the hill tops. We had order the prix fixe menu with wine pairing. The food and wine were outstanding. The flavor... Beautifully plated, fresh ingredients for all of our courses. We came here for our anniversary dinner, and were not disappointed in the quality nor variety of food. The only negative was that a restaurant of such high caliber should provide its waitstaff on the fine art of waiting. Not to say that that service was bad, but it wasn't great.... More

Excellent restaurant. Fantastic food - I had the snapper and it was delicious. We also did the butter tasting, which was really fun and a nice excuse to eat lots of bread and butter! We sat at the bar and watched the chefs work. The chefs even all signed a personalized menu for us since it was our honeymoon and... More

I choose this restaurant if I am looking for a great meal and service. The price is not for your everyday dinner but food is always consistently good. Restaurant can get a little noisy due to open kitchen, lanai and tables close by each other but the food and service make up for it. Their tasting menu is a great... More

I always enjoy eating here but parking can be a problem. However, the food is so delicious and wonderfully presented.
