Had an early dinner with my family here on a Sunday. This isn't my first time to Jade Dynasty, but i normally come for Dim Sum, which is good, not spectacular but good. This time we came for dinner and just like most chinese restaurants, there is an encyclopedia of food choices to choose from. Food: Very tasteless, surprising for... More

Not too bad dim sum if you are really craving for it in Honolulu. We really enjoyed the seafood congee though and at $9 per pot, the portion was very generous. Service is good.

Great quality Dim Sum foods. You have to order off the menu since the room is too crowded for the carts a couple of the dishes could have come to the table hotter. Yet it is a "Gotta Go" kinda place. IHG, Rube

Food and service were average. Seemed to be directed to tourists rather than to the best Chinese Cuisine.

We went there because we wanted to have sim sum. Unfortunately, we did not like it. It lacked flavor and three of the dishes we ordered were out. It was disappointing. However, the service was good.

I am a huge fan of Chinese and Cantonese style Dim Sum. The restaraunt itself is decorated beautifully which lured us in for my birthday lunch, but the service was lacking. Our waitress took 30 minutes to take our order after we were seated and was impatient and looked angry. Our food took 45 minutes to come out and we... More

The majority of dining room tables are square and set very close together. Very noisy with both other diners' conversations and ceiling speaker music, I could hardly hear my dining companion's words. Nick Toons was showing on both TVs at the bar -- which was placed oddly in the middle of the room. Plates are chipped but tea was good,... More

Been shopping at Ala Moana centre. I was really hungary so we asked the staff that worked in the centre. Two people recommended it. We ordered roasted duck and asked for hoisin sauce. They were accommodating and the duck was tasty. The prawns with garlic and chilli were amazing. Very quick, great service, and value for money.

Ate here a few times, trying to choose dishes for a wedding reception party for 80 to 100. I had made a reservation for January 1st, 2015 (yes, New Year's Day) in April 2014. Just after printing invitations in July, I get a phone call from the restaurant on July 24th, cancelling my reservation. They explained that there was a... More
