If you avoid crowd, it will be a best Waikiki Casual restaurant!

I love Udon noodle! My daughter and I went there as soon as we got to Waikiki. It is very inexpensive good quality restaurant. We had Kamaage udon with Onigiri and a few tempura. They were so tasty. Only thing is that it will be a super long line when it comes to the dinner time. We came in... read more

Don't let the long line dissuade you (or maybe do let it dissuade you so I can get in faster!). The line moves quickly and the tables turn over. Terrific tradition udon noodles with lots of options. Pick your noodle, your broth, your toppings, and your add-ons. As good as I've had since I was in Tokyo. For the Waikiki... More

As one of the top ranked restaurants for Hawaii on TripAdvisor, my friends and I put this place on our 'must try' list and we were not disappointed. Being in Honolulu food is usually expensive, but not this place where you can get a decent bowl of udon and sides for under $10 including tax! Don't be put off by... More

In a city where food is always very expensive, its nice to find a place with great food and reasonable prices! Not to mention this is the best Udon noodles I've ever had!

Always go here during my trips to Honolulu. Service is cafeteria style, super quick, super fresh, and no tip required. Price and quality can't be beat for its location. Super packed past 7pm dinner time, and during lunch rush. Go during off peak times to beat the hoards of customers and enjoy!

This establishment has become a beacon of affordable food in Waikiki. Everything on their menu is excellent and the price can't be beat. If eating Japanese noodle soup isn't your thing, they also have two salads to choose from. One is their fried chicken salad and the other (which isn't listed) is the same option with just veggies. The curry... More

Inexpensive, fresh, great choices are just some of the adjectives to describe our favorite spot in Waikiki. Despite the long lineups, it is worth every minute and penny. Eat as much or as little as you wish when you go through the tempura section. We eat there almost every chance we get.

It's generally a good sign if a line forms around the block consistently. While waiting to go in, you can see the noodles being made by hand in the front window. The food is very reasonably priced, authentic and delicious. It is very difficult to find seating due to the crowd levels. They ask you not to save tables, but... More

I thought it was sooo good that there's always a line up but later we found out that there's always a line up because it was cheap. The food was okay though.. At least if you're not too picky about getting cheap eats right away.

I thought this place was good. Nothing too crazy - very affordable dinner in Waikiki. The portions are fair to large I thought. I ordered one reg. curry noodle ( sooooo good- highly recommend!!!) one large hot noodle and 5 tempura - our bill came to $20. I would go back for again - especially for the price :). Service...
