Beautiful location - try to get a table on the veranda overlooking the water - absolutely stunning! The food here was good, had breakfast and dinner here, good quality food and service. Would recommend for breakfast the acai bowl with fresh berries and granola - very yummy, as well as the buffet. Dinner was good - crab cakes were yummy,... More

Whilst staying in Waikiki my wife and I went for afternoon tea at the Moana Surfrider. Beautiful hotel and amazing location. We decided to have the bubbles with our tea, selection of tea's very well explained and very nice, bubbles ok. The food left a lot to be desired, 3 tiny "sandwiches', 2 tiny scones and assorted cakes. After having... More

We barely made the cut off for breakfast, so we had the place to ourselves--a beautiful outdoor table for 6 overlooking the huge tree in the courtyard of the Moana Surfrider. Our family (all adults), in Hawaii for my wedding, proceeded to have a great meal. I had the bagel with cream cheese, generous portion of lox, and some mystery... More

Had First Lady Tea here for my birthday. Felt a little rushed and our server didn't put herself out at all. The tea came at the same time as the rose bubbles and the final course of berries and creme frais came whilst we were still on the sweet pastries. Bit light on savouries for my liking. Felt overpriced but... More

On our last night of 2 weeks in Hawaii - we dined here - and it was a great experience. Over those 2 weeks - we had not experienced fine dining, so it was good to finally receive some. Good wine was available by the glass. It was strange to see New Zealand lamb, and Australian wines on the menu.... More

A very fine location and excellent service, our steaks were superbly cooked, and the side dishes also, the only disappointment, was the accompanying lobster tail, two tiny mouthfuls and it was gone, not what I am used to at this price.

I had tea here with my 5 year old daughter in July. We have both been fortunate enough to experience tea service at some of the best hotels in the UK. This tea service ranks with one of the better experiences I have had- definitely the best we've had in the states. The teas and the foods served with them... More

Loved having breakfast at the Verandah with a view of the Pacific Ocean - absolute heaven. Could sit there all day. A very busy place. Staff were pleasant and friendly and willing to accommodate requests.
