Given the beautiful setting and the snootiness of the maitre d', you'd think you'd be in for a culinary treat. Well, maybe some people are but I sure wasn't. The wine by the glass list was limited but acceptable. The service was terrible. To their credit everyone kept apologizing for keeping me waiting and forgetting parts of my order, but... More

We went 'big' on our last night on the island staying at the Moana Surf Rider. It was a mistake. The Wagu 10oz strip steak was awful. We each had the Wagu steak, Medium & Medium Rare. The medium rare came out rare but I don't mind bleu if it is a good quality. Mine had lots of gristle and... More

Recommended to us by the Concierge at the Royal Hawaiin. Honestly, has American food. We are not into fish, spicy, or different stuff. Had a great view of the sunset because we asked for indoor seating. 2+ hour wait for outside seating. Empty tables for inside seating. We enjoyed the meal, and the great service.

As long as weather good book early for outside patio and aim for 5.30 for 6.30 sunset. Views fantastic! Service was 'old school' smooth and unobtrusive. Food was very good and well presented? Ideal for romantic evening, but one has to have their back to the sunset.

Yummy dinner of steak and chicken with a lot of fun sides. Great drinks too, and a wonderful place to watch the sunset or see live music during dinner. Enjoy!

Upon arrival, without a reservation we were told the only seats available, for the rest of the vening, where at the bar. Grrrr. We grudgingly took them. Bar tender was snooty and clearly preferred his regulars whom he "knew" and appeared to have great banter with. Bad really because we were there as a treat and considering staying here next... More

Probably the worst meal we had all week. My salmon had a weird fishy taste but our waiter was very nice and the view is nice. So many nice places to eat in Honolulu...I would pass on the beach house.

This place was amazing, the choice of seafood and steak was plentiful. Service was great & the wine menu was quite extensive, the ambience was just delightful & we will definitely be back!
