Really good food. The cook takes his time and prepares every dish individually with makes the food really good quality. It was a little intimidating to go into the restaurant since the menu in the front was mostly in Japanese but worth trying something new. The chicken teriyaki and Yakisoba/udon were delicious the chicken was crispy for the teriyaki and... More

I ate here several times. It has excellent food. The service is quick and friendly. The severs were excellent to help decipher the menu for those not familiar with items on it.

It's a shame because the food was good, but our experience with our server downgraded our experience at this restaurant. When he brought out a bottle of wine I did not order, to which I pointed out, he said, "wow, you sure know your wines! I forgot to mention that we don't carry that brand anymore. But I assure you,... We just had dinner at Jinroku with our 2 boys (5 yrs). The dinner itself was one of the nicest Japanese we have had and highly recommend the Teppanyaki style entrees of seafood combination and eye fillet (these are a decent size and come with a good side of grilled vegetables), as well as the Tonpei Yaki (pork omelette). Whilst... More

This restaurant is actually at the back of the hotel and entrance is on Uluniu Ave. We arrived early (before 6pm) so seating wasn't a problem, but the restaurant got very busy quickly. The food is cooked teppanyaki style but without the typical showmanship, which is not a problem for me as in this case the chef was definitely focused... More

Everyone in our group likes Japanese food so using the high rating in trip advisor we tried Jinroku. The meal was fantastic and not a piece was left. They do it more family style with everyone sharing. The kids loved it as well.

We were fortunate to get there before the rush, were seated promptly and the waiter was knowledgeable in regards to the menu and cocktails. Imani (my granddaughter) told us that the cow tong was her favorite and it was like a bunch of baby cow angles dancing around your mouth. She had 2 orders and ate it all.

Jinroku has some of the best Kansai style okonomiyaki I've ever had outside Tokyo and that includes the many LA area restaurants I've tried the okonomiyaki. One of the other highlights is that they have the very hard to find Kenzo Estate wines. Kenzo is a Japanese billionaire who built a winery in Napa Valley and doesn't retail his wines... More

This restaurant is at the rear of the hotel. We went early at 5:30pm and were seated without a wait. The waitress was a little hard to understand and could not reccomend any dishes. We got drinks sorted and ordered from the pictures. The two dives were cooked beautifully. We both enjoyed the meal and will return for our last... More
