Quick Bakery Stop

On our way driving to the east coast, we remember this place from a previous trolley ride. We stopped in at the bakery and bought some blueberry and cream cheese scones for brekky. Scones were delicious, and large, could not finish all of mine. The range of flavors change daily. We could choose... read more

We are on the Waikiki trolley and the driver suggested we get off to eat, we were not disappointed. We had the shrimp platter and mixed grill platter each coming with huge portions salad and white rice. The food was very good and plentiful. Everyone I chatted with online was local. Definitely not the nicest place as your food is... More

Somewhat off the beaten path, but worth the effort to find. Not much to look at, but pretty good food at reasonable prices. Located at 3158 Monsarrat Av. (at Campbell), Honolulu, HI. and open from 11AM to 9PM. The menu includes salads, sandwiches and burgers, and various lunch/dinner plates. We ordered the Miso Ginger Salmon plate (Seasoned fresh Salmon fillets... More

Stopped for breakfast after a morning Diamond Head hike. Food was very good! Pork hash and pancakes were both a hit. Took home scones after hearing others raving about them. Would definitely stop again.

I love Hawaiian plate lunch, but it can be a real calorie buster so Diamond Head Market is the perfect place to get a "plate" lunch on the healthier side. I love the Miso-Glazed Salmon salad and the kids love the Char Siu Chicken plate lunch. I always stop in the market to get delicious desserts or snacks to take... More

This is one of my favorite take out places. There are a few tables outside, but usually are taken. We've ordered and taken he food to the park or home many times. They have great Portabello Mushroom Sandwich, Grilled Salmon, Salads, Chicken etc.

The blueberry cream cheese scones are amazing! I got the 3 egg omelet with spam and fried rice. This place is amazing, local, hearty food that will keep you full all day!

Great variety of fresh meat, vegetable and seafood take-out. Can eat outside on picnic tables. Everything we ordered was a large portion of fresh and tasty food.

In our quest to escape the honky tonk that is Waikiki we stopped here for lunch on the way back from Diamond Head, drawn by people streaming in and out. Teriburgers were delicious, charred and juicy ($7). Tomatoes and lettuce on the burgers good quality. Daughter loved her chicken teriyaki sandwich ($6) The bakery goods were outstanding - shared a... absolute classic. A local put us on to this place, there is a market attached with yummy cakes and sweets but most people go for the Hawian classic the "lunch plate" a mixture of meats with mac, rice or salad. All are well priced around $12. I really enjoyed mine and all of the other people there looked equally impressed.... More
