Line was a mile long, but we got our salads real quick!greek salad was great, but there were no seats inside, so we had to sit out in the cold, but it hit the spot

I've been to a lot of different Panera Restaurants around the USA, and I think that this one is the nicest. Also, the sandwich seemed to be a lot bigger than at other Paneras. The service was very nice, and I noticed that the manager came out to wait on customers when it was busy.

We ate here a couple of times when restaurants downtown were full. Typical Panera but you got the impression they did not have enough staff to really keep it up to the expected level of service. Food was ok, but they ran out of flatbread. Not the best Panera I've visited.

This place is great for a quick bit or snack. Long lines for coffee in the morning be prepared to wait in high season.

The employees seemed helpful but they do not seem used to large crowds. The Panera is in the middle of a busy section of Newport, Rhode Island. They need to get it together. What I did like however was how I can get a 99 cent pastry with a meal+ drink. In NYC, the Pastries are full priced regardless which... More

The consistency of quality is what you get with chains, but the consistency is often poor, not the case here where the quality has been consistently high. Great service and with seating outside a lovely way to start the day with a great breakfast in the sun and a sea breeze

For fast food, the options for healthier choices are there. The food is average to good, and the bread is very good. Expect to pay more than a fast food hamburger chain or a sandwich shop, but at least you feel good afterwards. Ambience is better than most, value is ok. Service is typical fast food.

Panera is Panera, and the food and coffee are always good. But, this location also has a lobster roll that was great

Great food! Good value for the money. We ate lunch there every day. You can eat inside or take your food outside and sit at the tables and watch the people go by. People behind the counter very nice and pleasant. The bathrooms were ok. I would recommend to eat there.
