You can't say enough good things about Starbucks coffee. Free wifi is also nice to have. They have comfy seating on 2 floors. But their rest rooms were not clean.

Starbucks is always a good bet. In Newport for a work conference. My colleagues and I were all pleased with our breakfast sandwiches and coffees.

My wife adores Starbucks and we were delighted to find one right in town on Thames St., the main shopping street. We were in this shop pretty much every day we were in Newport. Typical good Starbucks service and choice of edibles.

...but there is a green right next door with a rock wall where you can sit if it's a nice day. Great service overall - The baristas are super nice.

Conveniently located on Thames St., across from our hotel, they made the best fat-free chai I've ever had!

Nice open airy space with a loft. Long very slow moving lines most mornings. I know it was on a weekend but for 2-3hrs this line was here and moved so slowly. Hey, things you do for a good cup of coffee.

Very roomy. Efficient staff, great and quick service. Never miss your Starbucks fix again! Don't worry about a long line, the wait is actually minimal.

if you travel enough, you can feel the personalities of each of their stores. This one is pretty hip and touristy. I went twice, each time the line was long and the staff not very adept at handling the massive crowds of locals and tourists. Might try another place if you really want coffee.

Staff was very nice and efficient. Almost left when I saw line out door, but it went quickly. Not a very big location so seating would have been an issue if we wanted that.

Coffee lovers rejoice: there's a Starbucks in the heart of Newport! Located on Thames Street across from the waterfront, its prime spot is convenient for all those in need of a caffeine fix. The building's exterior is interesting and unique from other Starbucks. Better yet, it's 2-stories full of caffeinated glory! The loft upstairs is perfect for lounging, and even... More
