There was nothing I disliked about it! Location is great, at the end of Bannister's Wharf. The owner has baked goods, breakfast items, outdoor seating (protected) as well as adirondack chairs that sit in the sun. Perfect place for coffee and the owner is wonderful too. Can't wait to go back!

The shop is right on the harbir on Bowen's Wharf. Decent cofee and a nice seating area right on the water. Nice place for a rest stop while exploring the shops on the wharfs. Good scones also.

Ordered a cup of chowder and a cup of coffee. Both were delicious.. We sat outside with our huge cup of coffee (in a huge ceramic cup with a saucer). That was a nice touch. The chowder was great and we enjoyed the view of the harbor. Great pastries also.

Lovely place to watch the world go by with a hot drink and pastry. I would imagine it gets very busy in the summer, worth a look.

We saw the sign but nearly missed the cafe as it is tucked in behind. Muffins and coffee were great. It was sunny and we sat outside and enjoyed the harbour view.

The coffee is average, the muffins gooeyl the lady serving was efficient and friendly and the prices high but I would come again just to sit and while away an hour or so.

Looking for a great place to sit down and enjoy the view? This is it! Looking for a good place for coffee? Not so much... Young lady behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating. Popped in for an iced latte. Was hoping to enjoy one of those delicious just made brews poured over ice. Yeah, no. Coffee was kept... More

A post-lunch coffee was in order when we stumbled upon this place down on the harbour. Coffee Grinder is a cute little cafe with chirpy service, a counter brimming with homemade baked treats and some coveted Adirondack chairs on the deck. Pity the coffee had an over-roasted flavour.

Cute location, on the wharf but for 2 cups of coffee, a muffin and a danish, it was over $15.00. Not bad if the pastries had been good but tasted like they were manufactured and frozen. Even heated they were soggy and tasteless.

Great coffee served by a small local business at the end of a pier, what's not to love. Service is a bit slow as the kitchen is tiny and only the owner works here most days. The coffee is great though and served in awesome hug cups. The pastries are pretty good too and she'll even heat them up for... More
