Good broad menu, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and a good value for lunch, Definitely would eat here when in Newport. Local patrons coupled with tourists, a very busy place. Very casual seating, easy to talk to your neighbors (and eyeball their food). We lucked out and didn't have to wait for a table. I had the stuffed (fruit)... More

Wow wasn't expecting it to be that good - don't get turned off by the wait it's less than they say and goes fast - potatoes and toast were ridiculously good - best omelet I ever had - must come here!

If we were near this place I think we would eat all of our meals at the corner cafe. Although the wait in the morning is between 15-30 minutes it is definitely worth it. Can't beat the price and their food is delicious. Enjoy !

The Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Lots of healthy options. Coffee was great. Fast and friendly service despite being packed. Would eat here again.

This cafe was selected by an international traveler fond of breakfast with a touch of European flair and American comfort. The sweetbread doesn't need butter or syrup and is served as a combo with eggs and potatoes laced with the heat and taste of chorizo. Breakfast sandwiches are hearty and flavorful. Coffee is a freshly ground dark roast served in... More

Have been here so many times this year and it is always great. Lovely service, fantastic food, great value. Have the Fitzy's Irish breakfast, which is thoroughly authentic and consists of great Irish sausages. Have it with a mug of Barry's tea. Heaven!

Ordered quesdillas (chicken) and a burger. was informed the kitchen was out of buns (!) There are maybe 10 burger selections, but no buns. (There's a 7/11 right across the street.) Also ordered a seafood soup. Long wait, soup arrived cold. Burger was obviously from a frozen patty and was tasteless. Asked the server for mustard. Server forgot... had to... More

When visiting Newport, this is the place to eat breakfast. But get there early, because long lines start to form as of 9:00 AM, at least during the summer season. The breakfast selection is great, the service is relatively good for a busy place, and the portion sizes are not stingy. Everybody in the family was happy with the place.... More

Sometimes long lines mean very good food. Here, long lines mean great food and excellent service. The berry pancakes were some of the best pancakes I have ever had. Waitstaff was great. It was a short walk from Newport Yachting Center and the wait about 25 mins(on a Sunday morning) But worth it. Highly recommend .
