Went there after dinner looking for some fat free yogurt. Met by a man somewhat overweight who told us that the yogurt was fat free. After finishing we spoke to the manger who told us otherwise. Would never have ordered if told the truth.

We stopped here for lunch after some mansion touring. The menu is quite varied and there is something for everyone. We ordered sandwiches with fries and they arrived hot & delicious. Portions are just right and the fries were really good! We opted for ice cream sundaes and we were quite pleased. Ice cream was rich & creamy, just the... More

Reasonably priced, nice staff, creamy and yummy. Also had a bunch of frozen yogurt flavors that were scooped (not just soft serve).

Because the Creamery is on Bellevue it's a good place to stop during the day when you are touring the mansions. I did not have lunch, just a milkshake because when in Rhode Island, an Awful Awful is a tradition. So that's what I did. Ate in, nice clean restaurant, good service, yummy milkshake. Plenty of parking, customer toilets.

The bottom line is that what is great at the various Newport Creamery Restaurants is their ice cream. The service was better at this Newport Creamer than the one in Middletown. Good to grab a quick bite to eat. The food is ok, the price is acceptable, the service is middle of the road.

A great stop for lunch or dinner. And if you love ice cream, this is a definite stop for you. Their homemade ice cream is absolutely delicious. The chocolate was my favorite, but I also tried their butter crunch and mint chocolate chip. My husband chose their made-to-order Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich. It was so good, we stopped here twice... Outing to Newport to walk around Fort Adams and then have lunch. City was busier than expected, so no parking was available anywhere near our first-choice restaurant. Thus we decided to make it a "real Rhode Island" day and have lunch at Newport Creamery. It was well past the lunch hour, so we were surprised at how long it took... More
