Food was good!

After the Jazz fest we walked into several restaurants who told us it would be a 2 hour wait. Benjamin's said 30 min which turned into an hour. But! The food was very good and I would return again. Everyone was satisfied from steak to pasta to fish dinners!

We needed a place for breakfast and stumbled on it. Got in, were seated right away and the service was fantastic. Food was fresh and good. Prices were very fair.

Being from out of town, we weren't sure what to expect. We had to wait a bit to be seated, but the hostess kept checking on us and we enjoyed a glass of delicious wine in the meantime! We were there before 7 p.m., , so there were some early bird specials available on the menu. Lobster was an early... More

Go on Tuesday's for $1 an oyster. Also they actually have Rhode Island clam chowder which was excellent as well as other excellent dishes. Be aware ( if you are handicapped) the restrooms you have to go outside and up to the second floor. THe wait staff were very friendly.

Great casual restaurant. I had a shrimp cocktail which was so fresh with large shrimp. My husband had the clam chowder. He said it was some of the best he's had. We both had the stuffed lobster. It was a decent sized lobster, stuffed with shrimp and scallops, topped with bread crumbs, finished off under the broiler. Wow! One of... More

My husband and our two friends had a wonderful experience at Benjamin's tonight. I had fabulous onion soup I almost had to use a knife and fork. My entree was chicken capture. Outstanding. My husband and friend had mani mahi that they thoroughly enjoyed and my girlfriend had prime rib. The service was great. We had a table by the... More

Great casual ambiance!! We were hot, hungry, and already annoyed by other restaurants who gave us a hard time Bc of our stroller - we had a sleeping toddler and needed to park him nearby - well what an awesome surprise when we got here - the food was awesome and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! The drinks were... More

Great busy area and great prices compared to everyone around. The staff was very nice but our food took a little while and our steak was a little cold but other than that everything tasted great.

We stopped in based on reviews. Just okay. Service was good. Food mediocre at best. Clams were tough (only ate 1\2 and server didn't ask). Cole slaw room temp. Shrimp cocktail good.

We ate on the patio. The service was very good. We both had the lobster which was juicy and tender. We were very pleased. The price was no bad either. The ambience was nice right by the harbor even though it was crowded.
