Found this spot as it was close to our hotel by the wharf. The breakfast was great, fresh and served fast. We even bought their hot sauce it was so good.

My wife ordered the banana stuffed french toast and I ordered the chorizo wrap. The food was excellent. Service was only so-so. My wife was offered pure maple syrup with our french toast, and the waitress noted it would be an upcharge. We should have asked how much of an upcharge before saying yes. Got the bill it was a... This place does food that is real well. Parking is not great but manageable. You certainly will not complain about the food..

My husband and I found this place on trip advisor and it didn't disappoint us. We both had eggs benedict - his with ham, mine with sausage and they were very good. The home fries were nothing to write home about. Service was good. Place is nothing fancy - but it's cute and retro. Off the beaten track on the... More

Walked by here a few times and read the reviews and ate our last breakfast here. Agree with other reviewers, small whole in the wall, local place, lots of small tables can see the grill cook making breakfast. Coffee really good and offers fresh squeezed OJ. Had the blueberry muffin which was dry and tasteless. Husband had the pecan pancakes... More

You know how popular it is by the lines out the door. You'll find that there aren't many seats in this diner-type establishment, but with all the other places to go in Newport yet still the long lines, they offer quality and quantity at a good price. They've been there forever and that's the reason. My wife and I went... More

Franklin Spa is your typical diner, but we enjoyed visiting a spot in Newport that is such a hit with the locals. They have a great selection of food on their menu, and prices are pretty standard. The service was good, not overly friendly but very efficient. My husband was raving about the pancakes, and enjoyed the homefries. I ordered... More

We came here for breakfast, my husband had the special lobster eggs benedict and I had a sandwich with a fried egg, cheese and chorizo. Mine was pretty average but my husband was only able to eat half of his because there was more spinach than lobster and it was soggy. Added juice and coffee for each one of us... More
