When we visit Newport, we always go to the Brick Alley Pub for lunch or dinner. Its located on Thames Street right in the center of Newport. We had chicken parm. and it was above average serving and delicious. Great atmosphere (pub style and comfortable.

Family friendly atmosphere, food is what you expect of a decent bar/restaurant, varied menu (something for everyone), large portions can be easily shared, burgers cooked to your temperature, staff seems to always be pretty good no matter the season, long waits in high season, so be prepared. Great for drinks and apps, which is mainly what we go there for,... More

We went here for dinner Friday night and ended up back for lunch on Sunday. I will just say that the food is terrific and the staff is really exceptionally pleasant. We placed an order for the beef nachos prior to dinner. The waitress obviously knew what we did not, the order is huge! She had held off on placing... More

Excellent sandwiches delivered very nicely by our efficient server, Taylor. Very good Reuben and smoked turkey panini. Atmosphere is dark and cozy. Excellent for a cold rainy day. Maybe not quite so much in summer. Without a request, an enormous brownie sundae was delivered for my sister's birthday. She was thrilled.

Very busy on a Saturday for lunch. Had about a half hour wait for a table. Fun decor. Good drinks, huge portions, tasty pub fare. Had a burger that was cooked perfectly. Tasty fries.

Before visiting New England states, I researched places to eat. I found lobster rolls was a regional item but was not quite sure what to expect. I saw Brick Alley Pub served lobster rolls. We walked in with no wait. Although I would've liked a front window seat, no tables were available so we were seated in the back. I... More

Went for lunch on a long weekend visit to Newport with my wife. Place was busy but our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The beers were nice and cold and the food was really good. Had the lobster Reuben and my wife had the Lobstacado sandwich. Both were loaded with lobster and hit the spot! Wish I had more... More
