Located at 140 Thames Street across from the Brick Market Place in Downtown Newport the Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant offers a warm and cozy fireplace in the winter and comfortably air-conditioned dining rooms in the summer. The Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant specializes in a blend of flavorful steaks, fresh local seafood, pastas, and seasonal specials. Begin your dinner with a selection from our cocktail menu or choose a wine from our extensive wine list. This wine list features over 250 different vintages and has received the Wine Spectator Award for Excellence. Open for lunch and dinner, Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant accepts reservations and offers an upstairs function room that can accommodate up to 170 people. Nice Dinner

Nice place, extensive menu and friendly servers. We had reservations for 4 and when we got there our table was ready no waiting and it was crowded. The salad bar and our meals were good. A pleasant place for a causal dinner. Was there in July 2015, would go again.

We really loved this place. Very crowded and almost always a wait but well worth it. Big space with a lot going on so wait is not awful. Great food, great service.

We went to Brick Alley Pub based on a recommendation and the high ratings on Trip Advisor. We had sandwiches. Mine was chicken with spinach and artichokes and my husband had sirloin tips. Mine was ok. My husband said his definitely lacked flavor.

Best New England Clam Chowder in Newport! We eat here every year and I try to get something different each time. We have not have a bad meal yet. This is a family friendly restaurant, so be prepared for free range kids coming to your table. ( I like little kids, but you might not) The wait staff is usually... More

We stopped here for a late lunch. There was a wait for a table, but there was plenty of room by the bar. Food was good, but nothing stood out as truly amazing. It was the perfect stop for lunch or a casual meal.

We were in Boston and took a day trip to Newport. Lunch was in Brick Alley and it was most satisfying. It was full and we had to wait for a table but we were attended to right away. Their portions were generous. My husband ordered the New England Clam Chowder and we have to say this was the best... More

Very popular with locals and tourists so expect a wait on Friday and Saturday nights after 6:00 PM. The best salad bar in town is here, and the burgers and overstuffed sandwiches are also great.

My friend and I visited Brick Alley for lunch. It was a busy Monday, and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. The food was fabulous! Our waitress was Stephanie - she was friendly, attentive, and our food arrived really fast. We split the fish tacos and the lobster sandwich on an English muffin. Delicious! Highly recommend!

Best meal on our Newport trip. Menu is very varied and salad bar is a bonus. Lobster Mac & Cheese had oodles of lobster meat. George's Bank Sea Scallops were equally delicious. Side dish of beets, butternut squash, & gorgonzola cheese was best vegetable dish ever! Our daughter has multiple food allergies and the staff was more helpful and attentive... More
