Very Good Thai in Newport ....

First let me preface my review by saying we stopped over just for appetizers and not dinner. Nevertheless we had three appetizers (Veggie Roll, Fresh Spring Roll, & Mango Fresh Roll) plus peanut sauce and Thai Iced tea. Everything was just wonderful.Service was quick and responsive with exception... read more

So many Resturants to choose from in Newport but if your in the mood for Thai it not bad. The coconut chicken soup was good as well as the Drunken noodles.

We stopped here for lunch. Was very good. We started with wonton soup, with shrimp in the wontons and chicken coconut soup. As an appetizer, we had garlic chives pancakes. Main dish was cashew nuts and pineapple with shrimp. All very tasty. It was a great meal. Server was very polite. A nice stop.

Seems like this restaurant flies under the radar a bit. We go every year. The service is excellent and accomodating and they have a broad selection of dishes which are always tasty. Different levels of spicy. Try something different and try this place!

I order take-out from here often. Usually very prompt, sometimes a delay if on a busy weekend. They offer military discount, which is great. Food is very good although sometimes inconsistent. My pad thai tastes/looks a little different every time I get it, although it still tastes good. Prices are a little high but not unreasonable.

Start with asking Siri, navigate to the nearest Thai food restaurant. Do that if you like the mystery of a surprise. This time it was a delightful surprise, Siri took a deep into a congested area of Newport Beach but landed us at this wonderful little spot right off the main street. We started with golden bags which I've had... More

Good basic thai. Nice staff. Could use a little more excitement in the decor, but otherwise an old favorite on thames.

I had pad Thai and my friend had a broth based dish. Both were good, I asked for very hot and spicy (the second highest spice level) and it was one of the hottest things I have ever eaten. Being a fan of spicy food, I would highly recommend this place because they are willing to adjust the spice level... More

went there for dinner during our stay, as were craving spicy Thai food. It is a bit different from the stuffy restaurants on or near the main strip. It is more like your neighborhood Thai place, nothing fancy as to the appearance. The place was very busy, even though we went during the "off" season. As we walked, in we... More
