Beautiful view

most beautiful view in all of Newport!! Every time I'm here I'm amazed at how beautiful it is- great drinks and the new chef Terence Feury rocks! The dry aged strip steak and the rib cap steak are delicious and good sides- the corn is yum! The king crab legs are great too. Go there and sit by the... read more

Gorgeous location right on the dock. Wonderful to eat and drink by some huge yachts! Very friendly staff and amazing food, went for lunch but imagine dinner and drinks would be fantastic!

What a view! Any time of day is beautiful out on the dock at the restaurant or the bar. Sipping coffee in the morning while getting some work done is just bliss. Lunch was great too. I loved the shrimp cocktail and the crab balls were amazing. We had dinner and drinks here twice during our stay in Newport and... More

Just like our hotel experience, The Grill's service and attention to detail was impeccable. Since we don't get fresh seafood often where we're from, we mainly ate crab legs, shrimp, and oysters, because why not. Fresh as fresh gets. Fantastic wine list and mixed drinks as well. One night we decided to play billiards inside, and we were promptly served... More

The place is beautiful and the large patio has a beautiful view. The food is awesome. We were in a party of twenty and every meal was perfect. It is a big place but does not feel cavernous. Because of its size, one can usually get in when all the other popular pots are turning people away.

Arrived at 7:30 for dinner. 20 dollars to valet. Yes, I know it's Newport, but c'mon! Got seated and the venue was beautiful. Very young waitress who had a totally disinterested w/a non-personality eked out "get you drinks?" We ordered for our party of three and mine came back wrong. During the time it took to get my drink, inside... More

Marc237, The last thing we want is for anyone to have a bad experience, and we apologize that that happened to you. All of our servers are lovely people with nice personalities and perhaps the person that served you was having a bad day, but that is no excuse and we are very sorry that you and your family had... We just had my friends bachelorette party here. We arrived at 4pm and put in an order of baked bread, and 2 apps of Calamari....as well as drinks...The red sangria tastes like water with fruit chunks....the white sangria is much better. At 5pm, the calamari and bread were STILL not served. They never put it in. After i made a... More

Watrskiergurl, We are very sorry to hear that your recent experience with us was disappointing. We appreciate that you recommended us to your friend, and it is crushing to us as well that you were let down. We are always working hard on both our food and service, but sometimes we misstep as occurred that night and for that we... More
