This was our second time at this establishment, first time was two years earlier. Food was just as good. Clam chowder is the best I had while I was visiting...and I had chowder at every restaurant we went to. BBQ pulled pork...in house made sauce, was great. Atmosphere is cozy. Service is excellent. I would return again.

Stopped by Buskers after dinner while walking down Thames Street after dinner - heard the music and stopped in - cozy, warm and welcoming- very friendly and warm. Great selection of beers (local and Irish) as well as great selection of whiskeys. Did not eat here but saw many great looking dishes pass by as we enjoyed the great music... More

This place is the real deal, down to the wood in the walls. The atmosphere is true Irish and the menu items reflect this. The food is superb, fresh and tasty with real Irish brown bread. the service is fast and friendly and they have a great range of beers on tap.

Busker's offers warm Irish hospitality and great food for average prices. With two kids, finding food that everyone likes can be difficult; Busker's has a enough of a selection that everyone found something to their liking. Dishes like fish-n-chips to bangers-n-mash to a traditional reuben were quickly devoured. Our server went out of his way to make sure we had... More

A very friendly place. A good selection of draft beers. Great Irish comfort food. The banger's and mash was the best I've ever had, my girlfriend had the macaroni and cheese. She was torn about her selection as she has had the shepherd's pie in the past, but she did not want to get that much food.

We arrived at lunchtime with no reservation, and altho my husband and I were very familiar with Newport, our 16 yr old son was not. Hubby (Providence College) and I (URI) met and dated in RI and had our first kiss on the 40 steps on the Cliff Walk. Anyway, walked the Cliff Walk with his brother and sister in... More

stopped here before we headed home for a quick bite to eat and a beer. We ordered a stuffed clam (portuguese style) which was filled with flavor. I am not a big fan of putting sausage in a stuffed quohog, but these were delicious! The sausage didn't overpower the clam. We then ordered a Reuban sandwich (the house specialty). The... More

For a pub restaurant, this place is great. Good Reuben and pub fair and an incredible variety of single malt scotches! The singer in Saturdays takes requests and has a great voice and the staff is very friendly. I love their support to the local community too! Badges from all over.
