boosted by a gift certificate and a current coupon ($8 off new menu if two ordered), we returned to carrabba's after a long, not accidental absence, and were reminded of why we didn't hasten back in the first place... it's just not quite worth it... staffing drove us nuts with constant return to try to pick up unfinished dishes --... Ate at Carraba's last night due to a strong craving. I love their spaghetti with meatballs. You can get it without, or with sausage. I'm picky about meatballs, can't have too much breading or be too mushy. Theirs are just right for me. I noticed that both the pasta and salad serving size have gotten smaller but it's either smaller... More

My wife and I have been dining here since they opened. The prices continually climb while the quality & portions go down. They are pricing themselves as a high end Italian restaurant but the quality does not reflect it. You are better off visiting one of the dozens of locally owned Italian restaurants in the Buffalo area. On our most... More

This restaurant used to have great service and food and now I am rating this place as poor at best. The food took so long to come and it was not even full inside. Our server was nice however slower than a turtle. Stay away from the shrimp scampi as an appetizer unless Dirty washrooms as well. Never again.

The food is very good. Our waitress was very friendly! This was our third time here, and my wife and I have enjoyed it each time. It is noisy, and when we went on a Friday night it was packed. We had a 45 minute wait, but since there are a lot of stores nearby, we put our names on... More

We have been to this location many a time, often bringing back unsuspecting family and friends who were always pleased at the end. We were there this Saturday, the place was packed to the rafters. we booked a head and the person on the phone was polite and courteous and assured us a seating at the time. we arrived and... More

We tried to dine at Carrabba's on Saturday night. Now we understand seating six is not easy, but the situation went from bad to worse: When we arrived, my aunt asked for a wait time, and was told something she took to be 45 minutes. This was acceptable to us, but as we had 2 infants along we would not... More

My first introduction to Carrabbas was at their branch in Fort Lauderdale and was totally wowed so when I found out they had a branch in Amherst, New York (it is not BUFFALO), I was thrilled! Finally got a chance to go and it certainly wasn't what I remembered from Florida. Say all you want that branches do differ but... More

The food at Carrabba's Italian Grill is good. The portions seem a little small for the prices but it is a very good meal. Our service was super - very professional, helpful, and efficient. Great wine selection too. We did the call ahead seating so wait time was minimal; I would definitely recommend doing the call ahead seating. We would... More
