Worst "brunch" ever

We went here for brunch. The brunch menu consisted of breakfast items. My friend ordered blueberry pancakes. They forgot the blueberries. Her toast was burnt. The jelly, reduced sugar only, was so old! We told the waitress and she brought over boysenberry syrup. For toast... it had expired... read more

Went here over the summer of 2014 and the food was amazing, we went in for a dinner two nights ago and it was AWFUL. Took forever to get our food, the food I got was burnt broccoli undercooked noodles and frozen chicken which they are charging almost $20 for. The amazing banana peppers we got over the summer were... More

If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately you need to give something for publishing. Avoid at all costs.....the food is terrible, atmosphere not great either. Buffalo has a LOT OF GREAT RESTAURANTS. This isn't one of them. As the title says, you work too hard for your money to waste it on this establishment.

We went here for brunch. The brunch menu consisted of breakfast items. My friend ordered blueberry pancakes. They forgot the blueberries. Her toast was burnt. The jelly, reduced sugar only, was so old! We told the waitress and she brought over boysenberry syrup. For toast... it had expired last April! My omelet didn't have avacado that I asked for, still... More

I went here for drinks with a few friends, and the fact that it took 40 minutes to get our food wasn't a huge deterrent for us because we were there for a while. There were several people waiting a while for a table on a Saturday night. There were only a few people at the bar with us. They... More

My husband and stopped here for lunch on a Sunday. Plenty of parking in the adjacent lot and we had a nice view of Elmwood from a table in the bar area. Food was good, but average. Appreciated getting more than one package of crackers for soup. My husband said the wings were decent, but average. I got a hummus... More

Had a nice lunch at the bar. Food was good and the atmosphere was normal. Person behind bar lacked personality, surprising for a bartender. Only one local beer on tap, Rusty Chain.

I've never been huge fan of the atmosphere/general attitude of JP Bullfeathers, but a friend and I decided to give it a try for drinks on a Saturday evening around midnight. My review has nothing to do with the food or drinks but more about the disturbingly uninterested attitudes I received from the bar "manager" and the door man. Basically... More

Met friends here on a Saturday night. Found Bullfeathers to be extremely dirty and unappealing. The walls are covered with chewing gum. Yuck. I wanted a mineral water, something like San Pellegrino. Bullfeathers sells nothing of the sort. I then asked for bottled water and was told all they have is tap water. I don't drink tap water and considering... More

We have been eating here for years. We annually purchase an “Entertainment” book loaded with coupons, and Bullfeathers gets first choice, but be warned, it’s a typical US neighbourhood pub and restaurant so it’s a little gritty, but that’s part of the appeal. We expect “characters” and always enjoy the upstairs scene. Not as much fun downstairs where it’s tight... More
