We were staying in Downtown Buffalo and called Chef's to see if they could take us close to 9PM. The valet at the hotel was a bit backed up. We phoned the restaurant on our way and said that we might end up arriving at 9:02 instead of 8:55, would that be a problem? The person on the phone checked... More

Everyone in Buffalo knows Chef's. I love their sauce- it's on the sweet side. Place is clean and service good. Unfortunately it is a bit pricey for what you get, but then again it is a landmark.

Well, I finally made it in to Chef's after assuming it was all hype my whole life. (Being turned away from their near empty restaurant for not having a reservation a few months back left a bad taste in my mouth, so we were slow to return. I understand saving tables for game days....but none of those people were going... More

One word for this place, WOW! The food is to die for, get it parm! Very clean friendly staff, large portions for your money, great atmosphere, and authentic Italian food.

The spaghetti parm was great, just didn't think the portions were appropriate for the price! All in all it was great!

Chef's is a landmark in the local area. I have not been there in many years. My husband and I recently stopped there for a quick week day lunch. Unfortunately we will never go back. * It was not a quick lunch - they should be used to dealing with the lunch crowd. We were almost thirty minutes late getting... More

Anyone will tell you that Chefs is THE PLACE for Spaghetti Parm. They are absolutely right. It is such a simple fare but Chefs make it something you will talk about as you can tell in these reviews. There's lots more great food on the menu but personally I am there for "the Parm". Its a 45 minute drive one... More

Chef's Restaurant not only a home town favorite but also popular with Sports personalities, politicians, Movie stars and anyone who visits Buffalo. Their Spaghetti Parmesan is the best and is the most popular dish on the menu. Fresh Italian Bread, Home made Italian Dressing and the Dandelion Salad when in season must be tried. The staff at Chef's has been... More

Chef's is by far one of the best restaurants in the downtown Buffalo area. They have lunch specials that are more than enough to eat, their staff is always friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. The Italian bread is so tasty and always fresh and the spaghetti parm is the best I... More

The food is popular locally. I have been there a few times and the food is average, the menu is dated, and nothing to write home about. There are better Italian restaurants in the area.
