Best sushi in buffalo! Good service in this small restaurant. The wasabi is very strong! A restaurant to try if you're in buffalo

I have had sushi all over the world including Japan. This is by far the best I have had. It's fresh and clean tasting. He also has wonderful salads. My favorite is the house with ginger dressing, but I know the steak salad with sesame dressing is delicious too. There are other foods for the non sushi people. The place... More

The sushi was fresh and delicious. It was crowded so reservations are necessary. Experimental Japanese food--delicious. Bar was good, too.

I really enjoy the sushi here. It's everything you'd want. Very fresh, and artfully presented. The owner is on the premises, behind the sushi bar. Sit at the sushi bar if you like to watch. The owner/chef is friendly (but not too friendly.)

Located in a beautiful part of town, found the sushi very tasty but the atmosphere a little claustrophobic... They also have an amazing Sake list! Will try again!

Typical sushi for this area, nothing fancy and not very fresh tasting. Decent atmosphere but is cramped and crowded. Sophisticated type people should really like it.

First off, I should mention that Kuni's is in a very nice area of Buffalo, which is an added bonus for tourists! We went prior to attending a Sabres game, and the staff went to extra effort to get us our food promptly--ensuring that we got to the game on time! All the servers were very cordial, and we had... We absolutely love this place. The quality of the food prep is superb. The waitstaff is smiling, young and very happy to see customers. The barbecued baby octopus on skewers is fantastic. Highly recommend. Wonderful assortment of sake.

The service was poor and the food was nothing to write home about. The wait staff was on the hippie side and very snobby i thought. Did not care for the atmosphere one bit. Not recommended

Sushi Master Kuni Sato is world class. Seriously, as good as anywhere in the country and most places in Japan
