Aged steaks for a song

While searching Google for a steakhouse in Flagstaff (on our way from Utah to Tucson), we found the tripadvisor reviews for Black Barts. Interesting that it's in the back of a camp ground...almost didn't go in. We walked in the door and stood there watching and listening to the singer on the... read more

We celebrated my dear friend's birthday here at Black Bart's. The entertainment is really top notch and very professional. Everyone has a marvelous voice! We enjoyed the variety of Broadway tunes. For dinner I had the Sirloin steak and Blackened Salmon combo. My wife had the New York. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. They make their own Blue... More

If you want a great steak dinner with entertainment Black Bart's is your place. Outstanding service with talented waiters and waitresses who perform on stage. Only open for dinner, but a great CV experience. Conveniently located just off I- 40 in Flagstaff, AZ.

I have been here over 20 times. The atmosphere is wonderful and alive with singing Students. The Filet Mignon is the Best I have Ever Had, Only needs a little salt...No Sauce. Baked Potatoes great, The Rolls and butter OMG. The owner of the restaurant remembers you, and even what you like, and I only went a couple times a... More

Really entertaining thanks to the students from NAU. A lot of them are music majors, but not all. They do have to audition for the job though. You'll get to see your server sing a couple of numbers during dinner. My top sirloin was really good, but less than I'd expect from the price. Fortunately, service and the show made... More

My lamb chops were cooked just right and my wife's salmon was good. Drinks were served quickly and the fresh rolls were very good. The entertainment was continuous as the wait staff performed as well as served. They are music major college students, so they do a very good job. Tour buses almost every night. Hint; don't forget to tip... More

The food is ok. You go to the restaurant for the entertainment. Some of the singers are amazing, some are just average. We went on a Saturday evening and the highlight of the night was Brian, the amazingly talented piano player. He makes everyone sound better. Kudos to the management for hiring such a talented individual.

Knew that we would enjoy the songs but was just as happy with the food we ordered. I like the taste of beef and some steakhouses think the more they spice up the steak it's better, not me. Bart's fixed it just the way we like it and our tbone and filet mignonette cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Brooklynn, was... More

A great place for a unique and entertaining evening, what a find! We very much enjoyed our second visit, our waitress was wonderful and such an excellent singer too. The food is good, though I would say simple (bottled salad dressings, simple baked potato without chives or bacon bits, that sort of thing), but still perfectly enjoyable. The piano playing... More

If you enjoy a great steak and music this is the place for you. But go prepared to pay top steak house prices. I would LOVE to go again. But if alot of singing is not for you then this is not for you.
