Great, Great place

What a great meal, small place very good service, we had the beet salad, soup of the day and shrimp and grits. The flavors were amazing! Excellent wine list, definitely going back for more, great find

On my way to the Grand Canyon, stopped for a late dinner. I was presently surprised with a vintage old house where rooms are made into seating areas. The food was Michelin quality, looked as good as it tasted . Coq a vin was best I have ever tried and the use of local grown was interesting.

Waiter split the Heirloom Beet Salad for us, excellent. We ordered the Truffled Mushroom Ravioli and the Cavatelli with Lamb Ragout. The chef had his own special twist on the entrees. Nothing like we had expected, but delicious. No birthday surprise, just a greeting.

We were a 4 top. The wines were not brands that we knew. The waiter was not too sure of the wine info. And he was not good on the food either. We went with big expectations. The waiter did not return to ask about our food. I had to get up and chase him down. The three other people... More

We arrived mid-week without reservations. We were seated after the hostess "checked with the chef." (I don't know if that was all pretense.) We were seated on the patio, which I would highly recommend. It was a lovely summer evening and the atmosphere on the patio was relaxed, the service was excellent, and we really enjoyed our meal. Not having... More

We visited on two separate evenings, ordering entirely different dishes each time. Without exception, everything was excellent. The food was innovative and perfectly prepared. The ingredients are of the highest quality, ethically sourced, and often not items that are generally available locally. The wine and drinks menu is very broad and well-selected. A few staff are extremely knowledgeable and able... More

We went to this restaurant only to have a drink and small plate at the bar. The Hostess asked if we had reservations. She said she would have to ask the Chef if we could sit at the bar and order a small plate. We went to see if this was the place I wanted to celebrate my birthday!! Well... More

We really enjoyed Brix - not just the food (which was hard to fault) but also the ambience. Excellent if slightly weird veggie starters (including the ominous caramelised spouts, for anyone sharing a room). For me, as a celiac, the understanding of gluten-free beyond the fad was so very welcome - their steak frites was a real treat. But beyond... More

We recently dined at Brix with some friends who had been there before - it was our first experience. Basically, it is an attractive, moderately upscale setting in an old building. The staff was friendly, etc., pretty much what other commenters have mentioned. My wife had the duck, one of their specialties, and she thought it was excellent. But the... More

Nice atmosphere and great food. I have had dinner at Brix every time I am in flagstaff and it is consistently good.
