We have eaten at Brix on almost every trip to Flagstaff, AZ over the past six plus years. The consistency of the food and the service is amazing. Never disappointed, everything has always been terrific. Last week we ate dinner at the bar and was treated to a super professional bartender who could describe their wine list in detail. His... We recently stayed in Flagstaff at the Inn at 410. We were only there 2 nights and Gordon, the owner of the aforementioned B & B suggested dinner at Brix, which is basically in his back yard. We went and the experience was so good that we returned the next night.I modestly think that I am a connoisseur of pork... More

Brix is in a early 1900's brick building, so pretty funky from the outside but don't judge a book by it's over. Once inside, this restaurant is awsome. Really nice copper top bar and inside seating, but weather permitting the patio is the place to dine. Our first time there, and the service and food were excellent. All of the... More

We were overwhelmed by the quality of the food, wine and service at Brix. We're part-time dwellers in "hip0, foodie" Brooklyn, and Brix would be packed every night if it were in NY. We started with the Mediterranean plate, which was a very substantial board with three types of local salume and three fine cheeses, accompanied by olives, homemade pickles,... More

We have been to Brix 3-4 times over the next 3 years. Our favorite Resturant in Flagstaff. Tonight the duck confit was excellent. I prefer the regular Caesar salad vs the kale Caesar . The snapper was ok. Barbs was good and mine seemed a little dry.

Managed to get a late booking here and we really enjoyed the local meats and cheese offered in the domestic charcuterie selection - delicious! Choice of wines was also fantastic, and the service and atmosphere excellent - never felt rushed or over waited on. Entrees were also good, although tasting the coffee and chilli in the duck dish required some... More

I took friends visiting from Seattle to Brix at the end of June and our dinner was amazing. It was such a different (positive) experience from the night before at the Grand Canyon restaurant. It made me disappointed I had not brought them to Brix every night. Our service and food was amazing at Brix, the portions are always perfect.... More

We had dinner at Brix in mid June and I loved it. It was a birthday weekend trip, so I researched on line to find the two best restaurants in Flagstaff. This was one of the two. We reserved a table at Brix the first night. We ate early and sat on the patio. The table rocked a little and... More
