We had a restaurant.com certificate to use here on vacation and were pleasantly surprised. It's an old-style diner with plenty of choices and huge portions! Great value. Worth a stop.

Big menu, lots of good selections, price was right. Coffee was mediocre, tasted like their unit needed a good cleaning. We'll eat there again when we are in the area, for sure.

The food was good, a nice breakfast. Service was fine. The one thing that could be improved was that it was a little messy. For example, tables nearby went uncleaned during the entire meal, newspapers in array. It wasn't busy, but we had to wait a few minutes before being seated, not sure why.

Service was terrible. We waited 45 minutes for a burger. Hardly warm. Side pickle looked old. Place is unkempt and needs a lot of work. They stopped seating people because the kitchen was so slow and it wasn't that busy. We weren't asked for more coffee until we were about done. Won't go back.

When you look at the outside you think Naw. I don't want to eat here. When you get in the building it is a totally different place. It is one of the surviving Stainless Steel restaurants built in the US. The outside is nothing special but the inside, now that is a different story. It has a 25 foot long... More

If you are looking for fine dining this is not it. If you are looking to enjoy a taste of American past you have found it. The Galaxy is old and worn, the food is average or below. They do have huge banana splits and old style milkshakes! So step back in time and enjoy the Galaxy!

Really enjoyed the decor. Took me back to the past. Soup was excellent, salad not so fresh. Breakfast was decent and prices were great so value good.

This is a fun diner playing 1950-1960's early rock and roll on the juke box, lots of movie memorobilia. Go for the ambience and really low prices, not a gourmet food experience. Service was friendly but slow because the place was packed on a Tuesday evening with locals. Food is uneven: the soup was good and homemade, my steak was... More

Great diner with a lot of memorabilia. The food was good to excellent and the service was good. The price was fair and the milk shakes... "to die for"
