WHAT IS IN THE SALAD?

Every time I go, I get the Pineapple Tofu Salad. There is nothing else like it. I want the recipe for the dressing/marinade/magic that they use. I love it. Everything else is good, too.

We've eaten here several times and really love the variety. Greek, middle eastern, American, vegetarian. If you're looking for fried food I don't recommend. Everything prepared with care.

We happened on the restaurant by accident when we were walking the streets of the old town. Good food, pleasant atmosphere, and my husband learned of a very good new (for him) beer. Will do that again next time I am in Flagstaff and will recommend it to friends.

My wife and I enjoyed a Saturday lunch at the Mountain Oasis International Restaurant as part of a long weekend trip to Flagstaff. Located in the heart of Flagstaff's historic downtown area, the restaurant's interior brick walls, high ceiling, and large front window provide a comfortable atmosphere compatible with the vibe of the historic district. The restaurant itself describes its... More

Went here twice for lunch and was not completely impressed. The service did not go above and beyond but just enough to make it okay, and the food was fairly expensive while being quite marginal. You can't go wrong at this place, but it won't be a memorable experience by any means.

The food here is good - but not great and probably not worth the prices. The service is good. We had the Thai Tofu (and it was OK) and the Tuna Salad which was also OK. We did have excellent soup with the meal. Nice location in downtown Flagstaff. Very weird and disturbing art work on the walls that (for... More

Yummy, healthy food and smoothies... you can't go wrong. But, I insist you try the pineapple tofu salad, I know it sounds weird, but trust me, you'll never forget it.

We ate lunch at Mountain Oasis last Friday on a very busy graduation weekend. Even though they were slammed, our server was great. We had several different sandwiches and the clam chowder was to die for. Linda, the owned/manager I think, checked on us a couple of times, her smile is contagious. The food was tasty, served hot and was... More

We had the tofu wraps as an appetizer. Very good. Also the half salad and sandwich on marble rye was great. The lemon cream cake is to die for!

We live in Albuquerque, NM with Flagstaff 5 hours away on Interstate 40. Leaving in the morning, we try and time our arrival into Flag at noontime so we can stop at the Oasis, usually on our way to the Grand Canyon. We've been doing this for several years. The atmosphere is very nice with the restaurant located right in... More
