We stumbled across this restaurant by accident. This is not a vegetarian restaurant, but there are lots of choices for vegetarians. The menu is definitely slanted towards healthy sustainable food. The menu is full of interesting choices and we were truly spoilt for choice. We ended up choosing wraps and sandwiches. Each of us was delighted with our food. All... More

I don't find this the cheapest place to eat, but it's got pretty good food. I usually go in for lunch. They aren't the quickest in there, but oh well. I usually go in for a salad of some sort. It is a nice place to sit and eat and people watch in the middle of the square.

Stopped by Mountain Oasis for a quick lunch when passing. The food was reasonably priced and fresh. Portions were ok but not huge by American standards. Service was very slow though. It took almost ten minutes to attract the attention of a server for a coffee refill, and even after walking down to the servers area several staff walked right... More

Stopped for lunch on our way through Flagstaff looking at NAU. Really good choice I thought. Our waitress was friendly and everything we ordered was fantastic.

a lovely dinner; their chow mein has complexly layered noodles, veggies, and shrimp (or tofu or chicken), unique and very good.. Friendly and competent service. Not too loud. Full dinner w drinks (it was happy hour so drinks were cheaper), appetizer, entree and tip was $60 for two people. I would be happy to eat here again.

I visited this little restaurant today for lunch with my daughter in law and she had half ham and swiss cheese sandwich and chowder soup. The sandwich was a decent size and could have passed for a whole sandwich. I had the pumpkin pie soup and some crackers and it was very salty although the waiter told me there was... More

So I never review while I'm in a restaurant..but that all changes today. This place is unbelievably good! I had the Middle East plate and my husband had the steak salad. Both were excellent! To start I had the corn and red pepper soup made with coconut milk..yes you heard me right..amazing! Were currently awaiting dessert..chocolate meringue pie..pretty sure it's... More

Strolling the streets of Flagstaff, we discovered this restaurant by accident. Taking a chance, we the Menu to be varied, and when we heard everything was fresh (no pre-prepared foods) and nothing was fried, then we decided to try it. Well, we enjoyed the food so much we returned the next day with some friends and again, we were not... More

Mountain Oasis provides comfortable atmosphere, great service and organic food that caters to the gluten-free and vegan. However, even if this is not your fav food, check it out.... the views and ambiance of downtown will be a treat.

Dinner menu online was MUCH larger than the actual menu. Service was top notch and restaurant is in a great location for walking around after dinner. Small but good beer selection (bottles). Even though menu was petite, dishes were varied and good.
