No visit to Flagstaff is complete without a visit to Macy's. One look at the front of the coffee house and you will have a pretty good idea of what you will be getting. The interior and decor are as quaint as the store front, and the selection and quality of the teas and coffees is truly impressive. Because it... More

On a road trip across the country, we stopped in Flagstaff for the night. After a great dinner, we woke up not terribly hungry. A few minutes in Macy's changed that. The coffee is not a product here, it is a passion, and it took the three of us 10 minutes to select our concoctions and food from the menu.... More

You will be wooed by the fresh roasted coffe, and the surreal, large., colorful, artistic photographs by Mr. Macy himself. This place beats Starbucks anyday of the week and the people are more hip, friendlier and fun. You will not ever be disappointed with this choice unless you just must have ham or bacon for breakfast. Try spinach insteaed if... More

This is not a special coffee shop as many seem to think here on TA. The vibe is college hippy with all the requisite lefty political posters in case you were confused. Got a small Royal Latte for almost $4 and I'm not impressed, especially for 4 bucks.

Vibe the quintessential Flagstaff at Macy's. Others come and go, change, etc, but Macys mission from day one continues. Wholesome food and coffee and other beverages in a quasi-hippie-esque without the stench or over-the-top-ness. I really don't want to give it away. 1 of the few places over the years that is better than the last time you were there.... More

My daughter (Northern Arizona University student) has been raving about this place for a year now. We were up in Flagstaff to help her move in to her new student housing and she wanted to treat us there. My daughter ordered the Macy Special, I had the Cafe Bohemian, and the wife went for a small Macchiato. All were delicious.... More

Having stayed at Tusayan to visit The Grand Canyon and being singularly unimpressed with the offerings available there, not to mention the price, we detoured via Macys for breakfast after reading some of the reviews on here. We were not disappointed. It's an eclectic place and all the nicer for it. Crowded with locals, all five of us managed to... More

We saw several good reviews of this place, so we gave it a try for breakfast when we were passing through the area. It is very much a college-neighborhood coffee shop, but they serve full meals as well. I had their waffle, which I can't remember the name of, and it was excellent. They were very busy at 7:30 on... You see a local coffee shop and you wonder if the people will be a little weird...medium weird...or super weird. But what a surprise when the staff and patrons turn out to be very kind, welcoming and friendly. And on top of that, they serve the world's most flavorful café latte. I will be back every time I go to... More
