Very happy with this place. We twice in 24 hours. Lunch menu is very reasonably priced and tasty. Dinner was even better. My boyfriend and I loved it. Full of flavour. Great portions. They had spiced it just right. Nice service. Hence we went back for lunch! Faviurktet thai of the three we tried.

After walking around the railroad historical area (Route 66), we'd walked 2-3 blocks off the Route and found the restaurant. We love Thai food so we went in for lunch. Good curry. We both had the red curry and enjoyed it. Nothing notable other than just good Red Curry. Would recommend it to others.

Great Thai food! I've eaten in a few restaurants through the years that served Thai and other Asian dishes in Flagstaff and Dara Thai offers the best tasting of all. The restaurant is not upscale but it is not a hole in the wall either. It is a descent restaurant where one can have a good lunch or dinner. The... More

The food was good and a nice change from the usual college fair of burgers and pizza. Lunch included an entree with white rice and a choice of soup or salad. The lunch meals were under seven dollars which is great for anyone's budget. The place was roomy and uncrowded even on the weekend before NAU began classes.

My husband, son and I went for dinner on a Saturday night. The food was greasy and his entree was Thai pasta with beef. It was disgusting. The waitress never came back to our table once. We mentioned it as we paid the check and she told us she was busy with paperwork. Immature staff, greasy food, and terrible overall... More

For one thing, being away from Downtown, there is ample parking. The staff is very friendly and the food good. Have been there a few times over the years and the place has maintained its quality and still attracts a lot of customers despite newer Thai restaurants have opened.

We lived in Asia for 18 months and miss quality Tom Yum. We enjoyed supper so much Friday night we returned for more Saturday night. If you are in the mood for quality Asian food this is your place.

Went with friends one evening. The restaurant is a simple place but the food was plentiful and well cooked and not to pricey. The extra hot chilies were as described one of my friends could barely talk!

In my world, Thai restaurants are a dime a dozen. So perhaps I am tough critic. The food was okay, spiced at the requested "heat" level and service was good. But there was nothing spectacular about the meal. The menu has traditional American-Thai dishes one expects, reasonably priced. Nothing exotic nor special.

My friend and I visited Dara Thai on a recommendation from a local. We walked in the restaurant at 9:25PM and were refused seating by both the hostess and also the manager. We explained to both the hostess and the manager that we had just arrived in town today from Michigan. The manager acknowledged that the restaurant normally closes at... More
