Best Pizza Ever!

World class, wood fired pizza. Seriously some of the best anywhere! Focus on local ingredients with incredible talent for marrying flavors. Great wine list and always awesome local beer options. A must!

Very Italian pizza, we recognized immediately that they use Italian flour. Innovative ingredients that worked well. Salad was superb, quite large so prefect for sharing. Nice Italian and a Slovenian wine, very fair pricing for 2 size pours and by the bottle. No California alcoholic plonk. Communal long table, nice clientele when we were there. Don't miss the gelato, basil... More

We made sure to fit in a stop by here in August around a trip to Grand Canyon after seeing rave reviews on a TV show. We should've paid more attention to the negative reviews here. It is a tiny hole in the wall place, which sometimes can be the best food, best service. Not at all the case here.

Enjoyed my meal here -- it's a cozy spot, with local beers and friendly staff. Very good food by people who know how to make an artisanal pie.

GREAT pizza, only wish the place was bigger so we could get in more often. All the dishes and salads are outstanding.

Authentic wood-fired, brick-oven pizzas - limited, but well-chosen offerings. The Gelato is most excellent... and every time I am in, there seems to be a fascinating artist or traveller from abroad with whom I can chat. Classic.

We are new to the area, and when we asked around, we received a great recommendation on this place. It is definitely a must do! As an appetizer, we had a plate of Parma Prosciutto with a little arugula + a round of focaccia bread right out of the pizza oven. The Parma Prosciutto was sliced fresh as we ordered... More

This is a small but very worthwhile little pizza place. Way above your average pizza and more. It is sometimes difficult to find a seat and you will get to know the other diners as you all are close at the long table. This adds to the fun. The food is inspired and making a decision is not easy. The... More

Neat, very small restaurant that sits on a corner space. One communal table and a few counter level seats. Maybe 20-25 capacity so go early or call ahead. We go there maybe 15 minutes after opening and got the last two seats. Had pizza and several appetizers. All were excellent quality and the pizza is some of the best I've... More

Having raised a child who lived in Switzerland's Lugano for 4 yrs (college), pizza in Italy and Swissitalia, we know. This is authentic pizza served in an authentic café, and NO place in Flagstaff or for that matter north of Phoenix does authentic better. High praise, yes. Pleasing to all, no. Americans are now more knowledgeable and well traveled about... More
