Based on its relatively high rating, we thought we has found a winner for lunch. Decor was urban hippie and cool, staff was nice. Ordered a plain burger, which looked like it was super fresh and had been hand made which we appreciate. The taste of great burger was not good. The meat had no flavoring and was borderline raw,... Good, but over rated. Portion good, taste so so. No ice. Really! Wouldn't go back. Many other interesting choices in town

The three of us were visiting Flagstaff, DB was recommended by a NAU tour guide (college student)... Anyway, we ordered 3 burgers / fries combos with 3 root beers... $48 plus! Now, if these burgers were just out of this world amazing, in a great location and ambience, MAYBE that would be an OK price. My wife can't eat medium-rare... More

I've been hearing about Diablo for a few years now and it's been on my list of places to check out. I just haven't spent much time in Flagstaff lately. That's changing now as my DW contemplates knee surgery next month. We'll be making several trips there including the Dr visit last week. Our appt had us there in time... More

Diablo Burger was great for a quick and light meal. They serve a wide range of burgers with homemade fries. The food came out piping hot and the burger was cooked exactly as we'd ordered it. Prices were reasonable and portions generous. Service was really friendly and highly efficient. The community seating approach may not be everyone's cup of tea... More

I only had the time in Flagstaff for one meal and a shop owner recommended this place and was it worth it! The branded English muffins were a lovely touch but the pesto on the fries was the star of the evening for me. Plus, I can never resist a good pickle spear. Lucky me the girls I ate with... More

Savor every bite of these delicious amazing hamburgers. Not some mass produced, factory farmed beef. This stuff is local, fresh, and so so yummy. The first time I bit into a Diablo Burger I was transported to my 1970's era backyard - with my dad cooking over the kettle grill. They use only what they can source locally - which... More

I ordered the Big Daddy Kane...a bacon cheeseburger, if you will. For $13.25 I got a ball of flavorless beef...organic, mind you, and a strip of bacon...a SINGLE strip of bacon, and some cheese. The bun is, as mentioned, an English muffin. Now sure, they give you some crappy fries (soggy), and a chunk of lettuce, tomato, and pickles, but... More

The food is great, don't get me wrong. I just feel that the service is lacking. For example, the line was way out the door, and the cashier was still taking 2-3 minutes per order. It seemed like he was intentionally taking long pauses to do a whole lot of nothing in between helping each guest. Also, the seating is... More

I have to say that I would just come back to this city because of these burguers. Small place but incredible original tasty and big burguers. Special sauces and meat just the way it should be. Best burger in US so far!
