After reading all of the reviews, we went out of our way to stop in Scranton to eat at this restaurant. I was disappointed as were the rest of our group. The restroom (only one) was not clean, restaurant not in a very nice part of town, restaurant really needs updated, and believe it should be submitted to restaurant impossible.... More

The physical appearance and location of this restaurant is nothing to write home about. However, the pizza is some of the best I've had anywhere including the pizza meccas of Chicago and New York City. The ingredients are all very fresh. The dough is tossed by hand and crust baked to perfection. The cheese is piled high. My mouth is... More

I am from the NY/NJ metro area and we do know good food and especially Italian. After being on business for a month in the Scranton area, we were downright depressed after trying lousy Italian restaurants that claimed to be the best in the "Italian Food Capital". We find this pizza joint in a residential neighborhood and we expect the... More

We stopped by on the way to Buffalo, New York and was so glad we took the time out. Nice neighborhood. The waitress was so excited to serve you and gladly gave his opinion of good choices to eat. The margarita pizza excellent, small garlic parmesan rolls left you wanting more. The gorgonzala pasta. The owner was very gracious and... More

Traveling up 81, we stopped here for dinner with our 3 teenagers. It was an excellent meal! This is a cute neighborhood restaurant with a friendly waitress and delicious homemade food. We had the garlicky zeppole, margherita pizza, gnocchi (get it baked), seafood pasta and cinnamon zeppole. Everything was wonderful and portions were big. You can bring your own wine.... More

I've made this little place a regular stop when I'm in Scranton. My wife and I received a recommendation from a friend who suggested we try it. We weren't disappointed. As my title says, the best gnocchi around. The gnocchi are so light and fluffy, I haven't had any this good in over 20 years. The sauce is flavorful and... More

Met a friend here for lunch today. The service was polite and friendly. The pizza - Margherita - was fab! fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and tomato sauce. great crust ... the edges had a great chew! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Why wear stretchy pants? Because you'll want to eat more than your stomach can hold! We saw the trip advisor review and tried the food for the first time tonight. We ordered a pizza the vegetables, sausage, olives and pepperoni were fresh and not overcooked at all. It was NOT oily. Crust tasted flavorful and just enough cheese on it.... More

Steak and cheese pizza was delicious. Very reasonably priced- $34 for a family of four. If ever in the area again I would definitely stop by.
