A chain restaurant we frequent

We stopped in Springfield to meet my son and his family. We were coming from a convention In Hartford, CT and he was coming from a family outing at Six Flags near Springfield, MA. He picked Texas Roadhouse and asked if we had any experience with the brand. We said we frequent TR when we travel... read more

I don't understand why people complain about someone celebrating theirs, or a loved ones birthday but I personally think the place is fantastic! We went their Saturday August 15 2015 and had a fantastic time and the meal was excellent! Hands down it was the BEST dining experience we've all had in a long long time! If you like steak... More

You can't really beat the price for the quality and quality you're getting. That being said, the food wasn't impressive enough for me to make a detour.

First time at this particular Texas Roadhouse and everything was SO excellent that not a thing could have been better! Jonny our server was of the highest caliber & a roaming manager, Kaitlin made sure to check on our table to make certain everything was fine. Jonny with his well-groomed handle-bar mustache looked the part for the Wild West Roadhouse... More

This place is where good food dies in the fryer. They have amazing bread, fresh salad, and great service. However, the entrees are over fried, smothered in grease or just over cooked and under seasoned. It isn't cheap and not fine dining, just an average meal, that will probably upset your stomach.

We used to love going to The Texas Roadhouse A few years ago the lines were out the door and they added space to the building Then they changed their menu seemed cheap of them.Three of the last four visits were a horrible experience The food took well over one hour to be served and was cold and dried out... A good place to take the family and enjoy a meal out. There are alternatives for those who do not want steak. We were there on a busy Sunday and the service was still prompt and accurate.

Super friendly and helpful waitress "Rachel". Great food - I had the Road Kill and hubby had a steak - both delish! We had not been in quite a while because sometimes the music is a bit loud and overwhelming. This time it was just right - in the background, but not in your face.

this was a "go to" for steak, but the last 2 visits were not good. Service was not accommodating for a child in a high chair, our order was wrong and no one returned for a long time so half were done and others not fed. Then they did not even use our coupon, at that point I just wanted... More
